Reno was absolutely amazing. Never had such a pleasant experience at a bank until now. Reno, besides helping us set up our business account also was able to get us in touch with merchant services to get that set up on the spot. He did all of this while being so engaging in conversation and answering questions we had which made the process not boring at all. We really appreciate you Reno. If you're looking to set up a new account ask for Reno he knows his stuff very well. You won't regret it.

I have been a customer at wellsfargo for over 15 years. I like their customer service and there are friendly people that work here.

I love wellsfargo. I have been a member since 2001. My girlfriend has also transferred to wells. We now can transfer money between each of our accounts.way easier for us. We always go inside and have always been greeted with a smile.

Made an appointment to be seen by a banker. Bankers did not care about the appointment. I was travelling out of the state and informed the banker and I still had to wait in line for the walk in cue to go down. No sense of urgency in staff or respect for people's time.

So I wrote a review and I’m guessing someone deleted it & AGAIN ILL SAY … The people inside this particular facility needs MORE training didn’t deposit my check right it bounced then proceeded to tell me I’d have to negotiate to get the money back if I could give zero stars I WOULD!!

This Wellsfargo is the BEST hands down. I love to come here whenever I need service.The Managers at this branch is A1. They know their stuff and will properly guide you on guidelines for your bank accounts. Even the tellers and bankers are well informed. Quick service with friendly attitudes.

Carolina is the most incredible banker that I have came across. When there is a problem she is right on top of things. I really do appreciate everything that she has helped with me and done! Thank you so much again, Carolina :)

The people here don’t care at all about whatever situation you’re in. Somebody had stole my debit card and wasted 500 out of my checking and tried depositing a fake check of 1,500. All thy told me was call the claim department. I called and all they kept doing was transfer me and transfer me until at the end was a fax machine or they would just hang up in my face . When somebody finally decided to answer I had to file a claim. Well turns out they didn’t . I had to file 5 different claim until they finally got all the money that was stolen figured out . I then went in person to talk to the general manager, chad, he then told me that it wasn’t me loosing money it was the “bank”. They took my hard earned paycheck from me and started making me pay it off myself . I had to pay off something I did not do . They later then finally credited me like 600 and never returned me my paycheck nor the money that was stolen. They had no care what so ever. So I ended up closing all my accounts and leaving this stupid bank .
