Friday we went for some document. They said you need appointment. We did so , the txt say 4 people ahead while we don't see anybody just banker relaxing in the office. Monday 10am we took the appointment which we are 1st one (txt says) waiting 40min nobody call. Very poor customer service. My husband had to go to work after this. As you can see on the pictures how long still the 1st person haven't called yet. š„“šµāš«

I went inside this location to do something other than using the ATM, but it turns out I need an appointment to do so, because "today they only have 2 bankers and their appointments are already booked." At the same time one banker is sitting in his chair texting or checking TikTok. After noticing this, I asked if she was sure that there is nobody that can help me now. No can do. Wow.

Horrible customer experience and service. I went in to pay off the balance of a home equity loan, and they couldnāt even tell me the full payoff amount. The teller said to speak with a banker, then the banker sent me back to the teller. Meanwhile the banker is sitting in his chair texting. Nice experience!

Everyone is so nice here. I have had nothing but good experience with the tellers here.

This Wells Fargo Bank was very pleasant, because the teller was friendly and helpful. When I walked up to the window, she immediately asked me how I was, and I thought that was really nice. It is in a pretty area of town, and there are many shops and restaurants in this area. I stopped here because I was in the neighborhood, but normally, I go to the one in Manhattan Beach, which is also Pleasant to go to. I go to this bank to deposit the rent check into my landlord's account every month! I would recommend Wells Fargo for its pleasant atmosphere and good service.

Couldnāt even close and open a new account went three times to learn I still have to recancel and open an account for the third time in one week. Long story short Iām going to another a different Wells Fargo. Being nice only goes so far if you canāt do your job.

Quite possibly the BEST banking experience I have had, for the last several years. (I suspect some of the previously "bad" reviews as being bogus. Just my humble opinion). EVERY time I visit this Branch, it is a positive experience. Bar none. (Want to ALSO give a "shout-out" to a WF Branch in Mid-City, LA!! (OR, actually "MIDTOWN PLAZA", once I looked it up. 4700 W. Pico Blvd, 90019). My 'point' here is not to compare these two Branches....except to say they are BOTH excellent!!! (In my experience....whatever it's worth). Kindest regards, Tim Duggan
