The idea of refinancing to any one can be a headache and a hassle. But working with south bay equity made the process smooth and simple. I was recommended by a family member who worked with Shannon Welch. Shannon made everything completely understandable and transparent. At no time did I feel confused or lost in the entire process. Since she was always in communication with me, whether is was via email, call, or text. She always made me feel as comfortable as possible. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. And will use them for any future needs.

Even though we had already provided a pre-approval letter, Drew Hardesty took phone calls over the weekend from the seller's agent to verify our income before they would accept our offer. From there he was able to schedule an appraisal that same week to meet an extremely strict contingency time table the seller had put us on. The week after that he secured our loan at 2.99% with only 3% down in under 10 days, allowing us to close in under 30 days. While he was doing all that, he made countless phone calls to a cranky HOA Management Company and a slow Escrow Officer to make sure they kept up with our fast paced transaction. I have no doubt that any other loan officer would have caused the deal to fall through with all the crazy hoops we were forced to jump through, but Drew Hardesty held our hand every step of the way to make sure we were able to purchase our first home.
