    Every time I go to any of their branches I am always politely greeted and welcomed to their banking/financial establishment. I've always been treated very courteous. I've never had a situation that left me with a sour taste in my mouth by any of the employees, they all have always been respectful and go out of their way to insure that they have met my every need and always ask if there is anything more they can do to assist me. They all wear masks due to Covid restrictions but you can still tell when they smile at you with their eyes. I am glad and proud to say that Wells Fargo is the financial institution I chose to deal with and of course I pray that we will continue to have a great rapport with one another! I feel blessed that I was sent to deal with Ms. Faith, she was truly a Godsend to me that day. I was so blessed to have crossed her path that day. God knew what and who I needed that very day.

    Called ahead during the week te ask questions regarding depositing something which had to be handled with a banker directly amd was informed I could make an appointment or walk in Friday or Saturday during lobby hours, sat on a phone call for 30 minutes in the parking lot on a Saturday because the lobby was locked and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Very poor service and unable to get a hold of anyone inside after calling 5 times to the direct branch number which isn't event the phone number attached to the location, the location phone number is for a hold line not the branch.

    Hours are 9 to 5 but they closed the lobby at 11:30am and sent me back out the drive through where I had to wait in line for 30 minutes. I'm seriously considering changing banks. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with stupidity.

    I am huge on customer service on 3.12 around 2pm I walk in and a man that works there (dark hair) doesn't speak...he was too busy in his cell phone. I'm also a bit shocked at the woman (also with dark hair) they had at the front. I can only assume was new but her customer service could be worked on. She was like a factory worker...she treated us all like we were in an assembly line and she just wanted each transaction to hurry up and end. Not use to this branch operating in this way.

    Don’t go there if you can avoid it. I called them multiple times in a row on different days and they NEVER answer the phone and one banker (sits to the right as you enter) is just terrible. He’s extremely rude, he raises his voice at customers.

    I drove up to see people being directed to the drive up teller at 11:35. I was extremely disturbed by this because the drive-thru line was very long. There is no Wells Fargo location where I currently live and I needed an amount of cash that I could not get out of an ATM. This was a very horrible experience. Been with you before it was Wachovia or Wells Fargo, but experiences like this make me question my loyalty.

    It will not let me post pictures but I’ll say this… this is a nation wide bank in the busiest part of north Alabama and they had 2 tellers working both drive thru and lobby. I’m disgusted and will be changing banks…

    This branch offers excellent customer care no matter who you are. I’m not a big wig businessman nor am I wealthy. But these folks treat me as if I’m somebody. I noticed too, how the take good care of their elderly clients. Wether I’m making a deposit, getting a cashier’s check, or having them notarize a document, they do a great job making me feel loved and appreciated.

    First off, we ended our membership with wells fargo 3 years ago because for the first time in my life someone was able to steal money out of my account after only a year with them. Today My wife went to cash a check from allstate, we have 4 kids and it's a nightmare to get all of them together to cash a check. The lady at the counter treated my wife like a criminal because she had my signature on the check and my ID with her. She did not tell her politely that I needed to be there, she belittled her. Another good reason why I don't use this terrible bank.

    Besides their criminal activities that have been widely publicized in the news, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage will not communicate in a timely manner, provide useless fluff in their letters and will not speak on the phone. They do answer phone calls, but they will not speak with anyone. There should be criminal charges against WF, and they should be shut down to prevent future greed and customer dissatisfaction, in my humble opinion.
