She always kept every party up to date on the current state of the process and made the process seamless. Unfortunately, we had been assigned an appraiser who tried to make life difficult but Ashley handled it with ease. She even worked on her vacation to ensure we closed in time! Ashley Templeton was absolutely AMAZING. We have purchased 10+ homes and this was by far the most unique we've done since we did a renovation, and by far had the hardest working mortgage broker ever. No matter the hoops to jump, Ashley was always encouraging and knew exactly how to navigate for a very smooth transaction.
