The bank tellers were not very friendly and took over 20 minutes to help 2 ppl

For some reason there is always a significant wait. If you need quick service there is another wells Fargo a quarter mile down the street with easier parking and more tellers.

Best service I ever had. I went in to the branch and ended up in front of a guy (Gerardo ?) who's name I can't remember. He was so formal and so professional I had to look around to make sure I was in the right bank! TO be completely honest, Wells Fargo has been mediocre at best but these guys at this branch really are fantastic. The teller at the next window was also nice to the lady he was helping. Here's another thing: They have really nice candies and gourmet coffee while you wait. I don't go for that kind of stuff but it was definitely a nice touch because this wasn't the super-cheap candy and things that you would expect to find. They even offered me a bottle of water -which I accepted. -very nice. Parking is a little hard to find because the lot is small. That's the only drawback but it's probably because everyone wants to do their banking here.

I came here one day to quickly move money between accounts. Unfortunately, it took longer than I expected. They were short staffed and inefficient. A few of us were getting frustrated at the line movement. Also, parking here is really bad. They were small, cramped parking spots, which made maneuvering difficult.

Bank staff was very rude after they made a mistake / lost my appointment. I showed up here looking to open a new account. The bank staff let me know you had to make an appointment, offered to do that for me, and set one up for me the next day. I showed up the next day at my appointment time and the banker rudely told me I had no appointment or was at the wrong branch. When I responded that her own staff had set up the appointment for me the day prior and that I could wait if needed, the banker just said, "We can't help you," and told me to go to another branch. (I'd come on foot.) She ended the conversation by saying "I have to help another customer who actually has an appointment," and walked away. Honestly, it was such a negative experience, I'm planning to close my account with Wells Fargo.

Stuff are rude and finding ways to refuse giving your money stay away from this facility because they will hold you for long time just to say no. Second time disappointed from their stuffs.

We’re all stressed out in these times and many businesses are affected, I completely understand that, pandemic or not.. the rude behavior and tone with which I was addressed at this location was totally unacceptable and I cannot be forgiving about that. My teller Monique B was absolutely awful and the manager Veronica Cisneros just as bad if not worse, I serve people for a living so I know we have bad days, I usually wouldn’t be bothered. The way I was spoken to here had me shaking I was so upset. Do not go here.

Established an account here, and was waiting on checks for two weeks to arrive. After two and a half weeks I went back. They claim there was a "hold,' on the order, but I don't buy that for one second. I think they forgot to order them. Now here I am waiting another 5-7 business days. Soon as I get my checks, I'll start going to a different branch.

I went into this branch recently on 2 occasions, each time to withdraw approximately 3,000, the 1st time the teller just wanted to hand me the money without counting so i could see or running it through the bill counter, I had to ask him to count it so i could see, it seemed odd that he didnt have me verify amount, the last time i went in i with drew around the same amount, this time the person did run it through counter asked me to verify, and instead of 3000 there was 2000, i had to tell her its a 1000 short, seems very odd, as this has only happened at this branch, i won't be withdrawing money from this branch anymore.
