Just wanted to give Nez a big shout out for his professionalism and great customer service with a friendly smile here at the Venice location on Lincoln Bl.

Excellent service! Been going to them for 14 years.

They verified my check and the cashed it. Then i came another time with exact type of check they verified it with the bank 2 times and after the people told her the first time why wud u call again. The bank canceled it before they decided to pay it. I had to wait 14 days to be issued another check.

Unprofessional . The worst experience I ever had

The lady who works there at 5:14 pm On 08/11/20 is so rude she didn’t give me my change and when I ask her to give my change she told me that she gave to me already but she didn’t you guys should hire friendly people I going to that location for about 15 years and this is the first time that the employee is unprofessional

Staff attitude could be better. I usually go early in the morning . I went 3/23 and the lady seemed a bit upset. Not sure maybe she had a long night but it definitely did not seem like she was happy to help me although I was the only one in there. But she was very knowledgeable with the services with the vehicle registration. I may be back to complete this change as it seems like a smooth process with this location. Plus no long lines as she mentioned. The money order process is very quick here as well. And when you cash a money order that was given from this location there is a fee. But same day there is no fee.

Terrible customer service skills. Called to get information and he didn’t know how to explain anything or was not able to answer my questions

Bad place to have a business. I wanted to buy some euro. India man there don’t know how to have a business. He said I have to buy all euro they have, no less. He made a copy of my driving license and he asked my social security number. Isn’t it too much? I asked if I can less euro without SS number. He said no because its all he have left, so I have to buy everything. I think it’s very stupid. I left this place, and I found for 5 mins in google another currency exchanged who didn’t need my SS number.

Great customer service and pretty ladies. I got a auto title loan with loan mart and it was so easy and very convenient. Everyone was very helpful and i will definitely always come to this location to get helped.

Professional, efficient , understanding and helpful. Been going here for years. A blessing to be able to cash checks until 8pm weekdays.
