Not sure about Wells Fargo's normal standards. No customer service to greet you when you walk in. Went 2 days in a row, just not what a normal Wells Fargo bank experience is usually like. Hopefully I the future, they will have enough employees to be able to service customers like other branches. I will not return unless it is to use the ATM. Not worth the frustration.

Unreliable customer service. Spare an extra 30 min after entering this bank. They feel proud of their customer service but keeping customer wait for hours.

Reply to the Owner Response Below: No, I am not going to do even more work, as well as provide more personal information. Just forward this yourself, and fix the issue. Original Review: Generally frustrating coming into this location. Similar situation today: wait in line. One teller open. Another teller sorting paperwork, another sitting right next to her doing nothing, checking her phone. Another two people walking around talking, seemingly doing nothing. Another person at the back counter, reading paperwork. All while the line keeps getting longer. Frequently seems that reading paperwork and walking around is far more important than helping customers. Would think with all the fraud coming to light in the last few years would change their focus. Grateful that WF no longer handles my student loan. Looking forward to dropping them in the next few months.

I feel discriminated against. I deposited a check back on 9-1-21 that i got from a Real Estate company from closing on a property and i was told that the check looks fake and they didn't want to deposit it. I then gave the other stub of the check with the direction then they deposited but still didn't want to. The treatment made me feel like i was committing fraud. They then said we are putting a hold on the check and the money wont be available for 5-7 days. After the hold days the money was available however a week later they took the money from me again and put on another hold. If this isn't racial profiling or discrimination i don't know what is. What bank put a hold on a check not one time but 2 times?

Worst customer service. They always are short staffed or they just close walk ins as their great bankers are always taking off and having fun. They dont allow anyone into the bank or ask us to go do near by branch. Dont come to this branxh ever...

If you like being told a different story/excuse every time something goes wrong this is the bank for you! If you like not being able to cash a well fargo check at wells fargo this is the bank for you! Lastly if you enjoy horrible customer service at their branch this is the bank for you!

10/06/21 - I arrived at drive thru at 2:27pm. It took me until 2:56pm to get to my turn. Bank inside is still closed for who knows what reason, everywhere else it's open already. 3:03pm and I finally get a response. I have to ask for a withdrawal slip because they don't have them outside. I finally get one at 3:09pm! I send it back to make a simple withdrawal. 3:16pm and I finally get my withdrawal. Almost an hour!! Ridiculous!!

This bank takes a ver long time during the weekend on the drive-thru. Please hire more people and open all 3 sides instead of opening one or two lines. Just the fact that you guys close early on the weekends you should have all three lines open with fast service. Train employees to work at a fast pace and more efficiently. If you come here be ready to be waiting in your car for 45 minutes or more and only 5 cars ahead!!!!! How does this take more than 45 minutes???!! I come here every Saturday and I always wait more than 40 minutes. Very ridiculous!!!!!!!!! It’s 2021 come one Wells Fargo improve your customer service skills ASAP. Disappointed. Writing this comment while waiting for my turn!!!

I waited 25 minutes for my turn at the drive thru. First, I needed to be sent a deposit slip to print my name on, then when my deposit slip was sent to me, the deposit was finally sent to me..it was for ten percent of the check total. I had to send it back and wait more.
