    This is the worst customer service at a bank I’ve ever seen. There’sa bunch of employees standing around staring off into space, maybe they are supervising each other?? while there’s a line of people waiting in line. Incredible.

    Been a customer for many years, but 2020 has been full of tough times for me. Every time I need help the people at this location are so great! Inside they are doing a great job with keeping everyone safe and people like me calm which I appreciate during my hard times.

    I’ve been a customer for a little over 1 year, I must say I’ve seen a great improvement in the service at this branch the last couple months! Every time I come in It seems to be better and better. The staff seems happy to help, customers seem happy, a new ATM is wonderful. Whatever they have been doing lately makes me happy!

    I've been a customer since 1998, but new to this location. With 3 checking accounts, 1 savings account, a 410k account and a mortgage, I would think that I am a valuable customer. I get random fees, hacked checking accounts etc. Lack of training and basic customer service procedures have made me want to review my bank and contemplating on moving banks due to this location. Wells Fargo banking has been good to me for years, this location needs an overhaul! New management? Update: I've transferred to a new bank. Very disappointing.

    The sorriest excuse of a bank! The staffs don't care at all. Letting their friend to use safe deposit box area as an office. I waited for half an hour and they did nothing.i had to scream then their friend inside came out and said nobody told her that there were people waiting.

    Late, late everyday Drive thru is closed. In some cases, they tell me to go to another store and do it. I hope that Wells Fargo staff will serve customers mainly.

    Great Wells Fargo location in the heart of orenco. The service is usually friendly here, however they seem to have a lot of turnover anymore with their tellers, so it's hard to find one that you can stick with, or have a favorite, because it's always seems to be somebody different in short order. Otherwise, generally friendly, and efficient, as usual. Cheers!

    They are the absolute worst! If you have any confidential information they should not be trusted. Had a joint checking account wanting to close and SPECIFICALLY ASKED that the other person on the account not receive the new info. for safety reasons. They assured that would not happen. I asked the person 3 times and was assured the other person would not receive the new info. Not more than 5 minutes after making the change an email was sent from the other person saying congrats on your move. The bank basically BLEW UP MY SAFETY! Offered for me to show up there if I feel unsafe! REALLY?? Give me a break! LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB!

    I am Wells Fargo customer for more than 3 years with multiple kinds of accounts and this is the worst branch of Wells Fargo (also other banks) which I have visited so far. The manager is a nonsense. So far, I went there 4 times to perform different kinds of work on my accounts and I was successfully able to do only 1 of them. The manager always finds a way to NOT honor my request on what I would like to do. I talked with Wells Fargo Central Help Line about one of my tasks and I got a 'go ahead' about my work. And, when I went in this branch, the manager just denied to do that saying that the Wells Fargo Central Help Line and her branch are different! I mean, come on! If you want to do the job your way then better leave this organization and open one of your own where you can do that!

    Thanks for making life extremely inconvenient for your customers. One of the many reasons this bank was my choice was the hours. Guess I'm finding a new bank to use
