They say they open today at 9:30- it10 and not even customer service will answer

Banking with them for years, but closing at 4:30 is really not convenient to people who work. If I need service, I'll have to either come in during my lunch hour or try to get out of work early. Not cool, man. Not cool.

This branch is a dumpster fire. I am trying to get help with an account I had to close due to fraud and they insist thereby is only one person that can help me and she’s in an appointment. This bank is a ghost town, literally no customers here and no one can help me get a copy of a cleared check from last year. I had to close this account due to someone being able to access my B of A info, account balances and everything. Closing my account was also a ridiculous process. I have spent unnecessary hours waiting at this bank to address simple issues and am glad my account is closed. I am still a hostage to their ineffective processes when I need information about my account.

Do not go to this location for financial advise they have no idea what they are talking about. A “specialist” spoke to me about my credit heath and how to optimize my pay down. They gave me wrong information and then proceeded to rush me out of their office. What a shame...

Agent was at desk. Line of 6 people and she walked away and started using an iPad instead? Ridiculous. Horrible service not that you guys have ever been good at that.

I came to this branch to cash a check that was drawn through this bank. The teller came back and told me that she couldn't negotiate my check. I asked why? Or if the check was bad and she said no it's a good check and even if I had an account here they wouldn't cash it. She again would not tell me why. So on top of not cashing the check the teller was rude, short with me for no reason, and would not explain why. I would not open an account at a bank where they won't cash a check drawn through them and you have an account there? With so many banking choices why deal with rude people who won't do their job and treat customers with disdain?

The branch manager and the teller that helped me today were so kind. I was so unorganized with what I needed to do, had a crying newborn with me, and just stressed in general. I left with no stress and truly felt cared about by the manager and teller that helped me. That’s rare these days. Their bank is over 45 minutes from my house but I will remain loyal to this bank and branch. Thank you for being so friendly, caring and proving quick and beyond excellent service.

There is lack of costumer service and professionalism.not a sense of respect as a client.I have been with this bank for over 8yrs and some location here in the washigton could use more attention to detail to make sure the clientele is happy and well recieve from the first step to the last .some managers and teller have an attitude of not welcoming .I might need to check for a better bank so are you guys,you deserve a 5 star service my people,I think.

Bad customer service, branch Manager and tellers need more skill about how to serve your clients. Wait for 30 just to override to cash my check. Never go to this location again.
