Do not come here two tellers. One teller only handling business accounts . So, one teller to handle all other accounts. I'm standing in line for over 10 minutes and I'm still the 5th person in line. Ms Thorne is the slowest teller I've ever experienced in my life

Worst bank in America. Just Google Wells Fargo. Stay away from Marcelle Thorne! She is rude to customers and toxic to her team members.

There is no drive thru ATM or Drive thru teller. The branch is in a busy downtown area with no parking and is completely useless. Why did they move from the previous location which was blocks away and much more convenient?

Talked to Carlos about my struggle to remove myself from a nonprofit business account as a co-signatory, which is being mis-used by the nonprofit founder and he was SO rude. Gave me conflicting information based on what Wells Fargo online customer service said and based on what their 1-800 # customer service rep said. I'm trying to save Wells Fargo from losing money as the account is about to be overdrawn by thousands!!!

I went to this branch for a personal loan following a family emergency that required funds that I did not have immediately available. I have never encountered warmer and more empathetic people. Ehize and Marquez were awesome! The only upsetting thing is that I am a visitor in Decatur and don't have the opportunity to have this as my home branch.

I had a very poor experience with personal banker, Brittney Kennedy, who was nice but poorly trained and unprofessional. I requested bank statements which was not a problem. However, the qualities were poor and were difficult to read due to the ink quality. I simply pointed out that I needed new statements and showed her the poor quality and instead of reprinting them she replied, "We are out of toner." Initially, I laughed because I thought she was joking and being jovial but she really expected me to walk away believing that Wells Fargo bank did not have anymore toner. I asked for a manager, Trent Fox, and was informed that we would be "unavailable" for thirty minutes and then they had to close. I was also informed that branch manager, Jaimie Robbins, was out of town for two weeks. I had to go and get another banker to put toner in the copier so that I could get bank statements. I was not offended but embarrassed that Wells Fargo would allow a branch to be run so unprofessionally in the heart of downtown Decatur. I no longer want to bank with this location and I would like corporate to train (not fire- I do believe in grace) the personal banker because she is going to cause them to lose a lot of customers with this level of embarrassing lack of professionalism.

Well deserved negative image. Closed safe deposit box and informed refund check would be issued by corporate. No refund--called branch who transferred me to Corporate -- Corporate blames branch, branch blames Corporate. Very telling that Corporate tried to call branch--but could not get anyone to answer. Bill received from Wells does not contain an account number---which they require to do anything re follow up.

I've cashed my work check at other Well Fargos without a service fee. I go into this particular WF and they say i have to pay a service fee to get it cashed. My employer banks with WF. They simply want to charge a fee for a WF check that has a WF account associated with it. Huh?? Why? The teller and her coworker (manager?) were NOT considerate nor accurate in their acknowledgement of said fee. Made my FIRST experience with THIS branch...HORRIBLE!

Horrible banking experience. Deducted money from account without informing. would not refund it. Said I should have read the disclosure package more carefully. Wells Fargo....I spit on thee.
