So far my experience here has been good. The employees have been helpful and very nice, easy to work with. I have had 0 issues when I have gone inside the bank and received help. Lastly, I have not had to wait very long either when waiting for a teller to assist me. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the ATM was not working properly and would freeze up. This is not the first time I've had an issue with an atm at one of their locations. I told the teller inside it was not working and she seemed like she didn't care as my concern was ignored I hope they fix it soon as this location is the closest branch to me.

Have been at drive-thru for 20+ minutes for a simple check deposit (and am still waiting). The SunTrust+BBT merger has been a nightmare. Service has declined as has number of locations. Really disappointing as I’ve been a customer for 16+ years and never felt this way until now.

This location needs to stay close I recently just had a horrible experience with a teller very rude and unprofessional!

I was surprised to see the reviews of this location. Our representative, Dreshon, saw us waiting outside and invited us in, took time to explain our options and ask about our business, gave us validating, encouraging, and helpful feedback, stayed late to finish opening our account, and was overall pleasant and cordial to work with.

The ATM no longer accepts deposits and hasn't for weeks, so you can't make a deposit there unless it's during business hours at the drive up teller. Super annoying and a bad customer experience.

The customer service with SunTrust now Truist has declined so much so that I am looking for another bank where I will be treated with great customer service. An employee drafted funds out of the wrong account by admission and now I’m unable to retrieve them after being promised that they would be returned right away. The area Senior Vice President was completely useless in the situation and simply made excuses for the inadequacy of the employee as well as the bank. Terrible, terrible, terrible that this billion dollar company doesn’t have upper management in place to properly train bank employees and has individuals who choose to do nothing when money is wrongly taken from a client.

The past two years has been the worst banking experience of my life. Customer service is horrible, and almost impossible to reach. ATMs are old an unreliable. Made deposits only to have the ATM eat the money with 0 explanation and Unable to reach customer service, frustrating closing my account ASAP.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. I am a suntrust customer, and I walked across street to CVS to buy some throat drop, and my car get locked by the parking person. The Suntrust customer service was very rude and refuse to ask the parking person to unlock it. And they charged $75 to unlock it. I was in a hurry so I didn't spend time arguing with them. But I decided move my loan to another bank.

The worst service I thought bb&t was bad enough and they have Merged I would never open a account here. The only reason I come in here is because the company I work for use them . I was going to open a business account with them never!

This location has some of the worst customer service I have ever had at a SunTrust Bank. One banker Roberta Mapping was very rude and unprofessional. Not just to customers but to her fellow co-workers.
