Wells Fargo Bank Capitol Mall, Sacramento

I have been a Wells Fargo and another big bank customer for years, hands down this is the best branch I have dealt with (across both the banks and multiple states) I will explain why and how 1. Most of my interactions have been in person and complex transactions, like changes to my account, additons/ deletions, account type etc. Most banks would be impatient to handle one request leave alone handling 4 to 5 flawlessly in one sitting. 2. All the staff are professionals and are super efficient, especially Brenda and March. 3. One stop shop for every banking need, except a home loan. You get a call for that. 4. Building has an unique charm and good vibe about it plus location is a big plus. 5. You get validated for parking,dont forget to use it. Highly recommended, this branch in particular!

Our accounts have been short 4 times. We never get an explanation or help even when we get to the bank. Computer is never wrong and they are to lazy to help. I have tried to figure them out, they give me piles of printouts still being very difficult. Our accounts have several automatic deposits, making it hard to just change banks. Our account advisor was supposed to make a separate account to deposit interest, done over the phone he supposedly did we have the statements, also short 3 semesters. Giuseppe Visconti, can never meet with us he wants to do everything on the phone since our initial investment meeting. We call and call, leaving messages that never are returned. Still trying to get a hold of him. This bank, Wells Fargo is a dangerous bank. Can't even get help from the main bank.

Came in at 3pm, terrible wait time and severely understaffed. Bankers seem to be on the phone most of the time not talking. I assume this is them waiting through the garbage automated phone line.

Usually a quick and easy branch to get in and out.

Love this bldg. The historic information inside Wells Fargo is great. Great to visit and enjoy the stagecoach and very nice decor. Friendly staff and helpful.

Terrible wait time on the foreign exchange line. Two people waiting on one customer. One could of easily checked to see if what I needed incase it would have been an easy transaction instead of watching the other worker find whatever they were finding. I left to buy something to eat and check back to find they are still both helping the other customer. Poor customer service. It wasn't even busy in there only 3 customers at most.

Fast teller service. A bit crowded at times.
