Wells Fargo Bank San Fernando Mission Blvd, Granada Hills

Whoever the short blonde lady is, should get fired or learn some manners. Today, I wanted to fax a letter to the credit bureau with Wells Fargo being my representative. Intermediately, there was a long line. When she called me up and after I said what I need help with, she kept flooding me with questions about whether I bank with Wells Fargo (duh, idiot). When she handed two pieces of paper to write my letter, she went to go "assist" the other waiting customers. When I finished, she just stood behind her coworkers blankly. About 5 minutes later, she took my papers. After trying to fax it, she said the fax number is wrong. Before leaving, I asked her to shred the papers because my personal info was written on them. She said they can't because they don't have a shredder. WHAT KIND OF BANK DOESN'T HAVE A PAPER SHREDDER?! I then decided to head down the road to the Balboa branch and they had no problem faxing the letter. Either that lady is telling the truth or the biggest liar. Will not come here again.

ATMs aren’t working, sent me to the same location that I had just come from since theirs weren’t working either. Sending me in circles back and forth. Frustrating

If I can give them a zero, I would. I specifically requested an appointment when the notary was there to take care of my deceased brother's accounts. Tony called me a liar. This was the second time I went in to try to take if this. The first time was at the Balboa branch. They tell me I need a notary present to take care of the accounts. Why would they be so unprofessional and tell I didn't ask for one instead of admitting they are incompetent. Even after they tell you one has to be present.

Wells Fargo as a corporation has some issues they really need to fix, but the folks at this branch are helpful. The manager is very cool too.

Workers here are very rude with a bad attitude. Announce your finances out loud and don't explain things properly. Dayan is one these rude employees.

I really like the fact that this Wells Fargo is very close to where I work Find some other services are not always the best but some of the staff tries really hard and their very accommodating overall they could have improvements but Hey what business doesn't need improvements

Popular place for the local Wells Fargo community however if you are in a rush then you might want to use the ATM. They're often busy. Last time I went they were low staffed and the line was wrapped around. Employees are so nice so it's no wonder it's always busy.

Really really bad Service there very unhelpful and rude seem like they push u out. They don't have enough help. On top of that I have a hold on a check and I can pay bills know never had a problem before depositing my check I will not be going back this this back in less im using the ATM. THANKS GUY appreciate it No I can make it to work ether cause I have no money for gas. DONT GO TO THIS BANK

Horrible customer service!!!!! Stopped by to ask about using my credit card when traveling out of the country and the person grabs my card, put's it in my face and says to call the number on the back!!!!!!! Piss Off!!!!! I have been with this bank for 30 years and pulling my funds and going to B OF A!!!!!!
