Every business has bad debts. I own a magazine and sometimes advertisers don't want to pay AFTER their ad is ran. It costs so much money or hassle to collect, we let a lot of it go. With Cash In USA, we bought a package of 2-4 letters that are sent to each business in debt. The price of the letters is nominal and Vienna's team checked to find out the situation and tone of the letters. Many times, when the business sees the letter from an actual collection agency, they respond right away to settle. Vienna and her team collect the information for us and we run the card with no additional charges from her office. If it goes further, than the letter packages, I think they can even do the normal collection for a fee. For us, the money we spent on the packages was made up with our first bad debt collected! The person that left a bad review must be having a bad day. Vienna and her team are great. Process is structured and very thorough. I've used them with more than 10 problem accounts. Was referred by a colleague who's also very happy with their service. In my opinion, the fee is too low relative to the amount of work they put in. I'd recommend them with confidence.

After being in business since 1994, we have never needed services of a debt collector. However last year, after providing services at an event that lasted several hours, the host paid the bill, but then a month later, stated they didn't "recognize" the charges. We then provided Square with copies of emails between us, the invoice, the payment and PHOTOS of the event showing our staff working. However, Square still sided with the host and reversed the charges. The host ignored our texts, calls and emails for 4 months. We then hired Cash in USA at a very reasonable rate. They worked tirelessly for several months, as well - which was challenging in these times. Unfortunately, they discovered the host was a scam artist with a fake name, and we were unable to recoup our losses. But I would absolutely use them again if I needed their services.
