If I could give a negative 10 I would. Clearly this is faulty company. They never ever answer their phone and then when u do finally get in touch with Veronica who knows nothing and sounds like she's laying on her couch eating chips on the phone. Then there is Randy.. the most incompetent person I've ever come across. Mind you this is a loan for my niece that I tried to help her out with. I tried to pay it out and told me I had to pay in person. Lol the most ridiculous company ever. Don't worry about reporting them they are not BBB accredited and trust me I see why. She didn't originally get her loan from here she got it from another company that they bought out. By all means if u Need money just go give plasma. .

I had previously gotten a title loan somewhere else and applied at a few places I kept getting calls from this place and they told me they could lower my payment and refinance my loan the payment I had was about $500 and they lowered my payment to $350 which was great because paying $500 for anything is always a struggle when you need to pay rent or anything .. they told me the value of my car wasn't there to borrow more money and that it was borderline to refinance bu since they saw it was kept in good condition and well maintained I even showed them my maintenance record and they took all that into consideration which is rarely done and NO CREDIT CHECK! which was great because I haven' taken care of my credit and they said it was okay. SO THANK YOU!

Honestly the place looks a lil sketch but the people are nice. They open super early which was awesome because I had to be at work early today Rosie helped me today and she was super friendly got a check she told me where I could cash it without paying a fee and was able to make it to work on time! I know these places usually get a bad rep and the interest are high but this place was lower than a few other places I called which I was sorta okay with

The process took a little bit long but I was able to get the money they said I would get Celene was a big help so thank you to her!

Very Unprofessional, Not Honest and misleading. Don't do business with these guys.

What a fraud of advertisement FLEXIBLE and PLEASANT TO WORK WITH RANDY has no regards for human life. Has been a jerk from day one I bought a vehicle from a guy who had a loan with simple car title loans and I was not told. Surprise letter in the mail 3 years later that my vehicle was legally Randy's not mine, I have a title registration everything in order and the debt was passed on to me . I explained everything to Randy and his response was your story is irrelevant I want my money or the truck , truck is now in his possession and surprise I still owe the same money I did at the beginning even though he has the truck.

Horrible customer service. As soon as I received the loan they didn't process the DMV paperwork until a month later. After I paid off the loan they never process the tittle to my name after calling a couple of times they kept telling me it will take about 2 weeks. After 4 months and I still have not received my tittle. I called them and nobody knows anything they will submit the paperwork again. They just keep giving me the same excuse. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This people are the worst , they never try to help they are rude , i'll never comeback to get a loan if somebody knows how to complein against this stupid person RANDY 'the manager"? where can we report this unrespecful person? And the ladies are worst !!!! This place should be thanksfull with people who needs a loan !!!! It was the biggest mistake to get a loan from this people!!! I had 2 years paying and they told me i own more then the original amount $2,500 now i own them 2,800 after 2 years!!!!!!!! PLEASE DON'T USE this store on devonshire and sepulveda!!!!!!
