    The professionalism and level of service keep me coming back despite my differences with their corporate philanthropy in certain aspects. I am recognized by the staff and they took some time recently to go over my finances and point me in a better direction. I had known some of what they had mentioned but to hear realistic solutions and offered help to get my finances in order has made me a committed customer to this branch and to Wells Fargo in general.

    I had a computer outfit from China try to get me to send them $2,300. They said it was a portion of a larger amount of money they had sent to me. Turns out (after I discussed this with banker, Bill Raven), that it was a scam. I had tried to send the money, but Wells Fargo was suspicious and wouldn't send it. When I talked with Bill he explained what kind of scam it was. The money that had appeared in my checking account had in fact been transferred from another of my OWN accounts. Bill was extremely helpful. Thank you, Wells Fargo. Thank you, Bill.

    Tried to make a deposit into my sons account. He lives in Texas and has a checking account with Wells Fargo. I have his name, birth date and SS number but dont have his account number. I wad not allowed, kind of rudely, to make a deposit. Told I need a deposit slip with his name and account number. Why is this difficult? I want to put money in, not out. Bad process, bad service.

    Horrible first impression. My wife and I went to this bank to consider opening accounts. The teller greeted us nicely and asked us to have a seat and wait for a banker. We were hesitant to touch the furniture it was so dirty and stained. The carpet in the waiting area was in the same condition. After waiting for a banker for 15 minutes we left.

    I have not had good experiences w Wells Fargo in the past and this place kept up with that. Terrible service

    Theres a reason why Wells Fargo Inc recently got fined a some hundred million. When I was a customer in 2013, this was the worst branch out of the 3 I've been to. Deceitful, penny pinching, and terrible customer service. Just don't bank with Wells. And if you need to, I'd suggest going to the Onalaska branch. If you haven't noticed already, this branch has extremely high employee turnover. There's probably a good underlying reason.

    Super disappointment in their services. No international banking support once you leave the country. Be careful if you go on vacation or business overseas, can't rely on Wells Fargo staff at La Crosse branch. I end up with no money because it blocked my online banking even if it is not suppose to do so, no support and even if I skyped the person who helped me set up my international banking and planning, Keylight Cope, she took no responsibility "Sorry, once you screwed by me, that's your problem. I am not going to help you. Click." Super unprofessional, rude and put me in danger overseas. Had to call my husband who flu to Europe and brought me back. I FILED CUSTOMER COMPLAIN, SEE IF THEY CAN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR DANGEROUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I called and asked to speak with someone about a home equity loan, was put on hold, then after waiting ten minutes received a recorded message saying that call volumes were too high and to call back later. And was promptly disconnected. I tried calling several times through the afternoon and it went to an automated answering service that didn’t offer an option for speaking with a loan officer. These people seriously need to get their services together.

    Went in today to deposit change, was told they don't do that anymore. Went to Altra since my SO has an account there. Altra took care of me no problem. So instead of depositing into my Wells account I will be closing it and switching to Altra. Thanks for crappy customer service. Bye Felicia.
