    Super bad service. I really really don’t like this brand. All the time super long line but the employees work so slow. If I can I would rate below 0 star for this location.

    It's Monday. Walked in the door @245. Only 2 tellers. Line is 13 people long.

    One of the female staff members there humiliated me 2 years ago. It was a busy day, a long line, and when i finally got my turn and she was assisting me , she really had to say my account balance fairly loud enough for the person next to me heard the amount, and gave me a judgemental look. Can't believe they'll hire rude staff members, i have nothing against what race she was , but i think wellsfargo should hire people that have some self awareness, was it really necessary to say people's balance loud enough for the other customers can hear? Not everyone has above 10k in their savings account.

    Very Poor Service, Unfriendly Staff, Waited 30 minutes to just get assistance to get to our Safe Deposit Locker in-spite us being first in the line. Manager, Assistants were free just pretending as if they were busy on the computer.

    Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Let's not try to find a way to help our customers let's immediately look for an excuse not to have to help our customers. Why offer a service at all if you're going to look for any excuse not to do it. If you don't want customers just shut your doors. It's obviously not just me either, look at all the bad reviews.

    I watched the teller cash 4 checks w/out asking for ID before me and then asked me for my form of ID. Im a black woman, how is it you went over 4 fairly skinned people and just happened to remember to ask me for mine? Never again

    I'm usually there dropping off deposits as part of my job, so it's business as usual for me. Convenient location near my work place too.

    Horrible service. Waited here for one hour, while the employees sat at their desk without helping. People who came after and whom they were familiar with- they helped while leaving the people who waited for a long time sitting.

    Called the branch during business hours . Got transfer to the main central. Asked to be transferred back to the branch. Phone ringing for more than 5mins then disconnected by itself. Called Chase bank. They picked up phone after 3 rings awesome service Chase. Think twice when call Wells Fargo!! OMG!!!
