Wells Fargo Bank E 104th Ave, Commerce City

My complaint is against wells fargo in general. A company charged my visa bank card incorrectly and issued a credit for the entire amount. Then the charge appeared again the nect day. The vendor has no record of the second charge and so will not issue another credit. In 12 days, wells fargo fraud has not figured it out. I remain out the $138 dollars and the bank where our family of four holds 8 accounts, refuses to make it right.

Over-drafted a total of $60 over the course of four days and was charged $140 in overdraft fees. After going in with a negative balance of $31 the banker told me that it would be reviewed the next morning. When I responded that I would be hit with another overdraft fee before then she told me yeah probably. At that point I asked to close my account and she said I would need to have a zero balance in order to do so. So they take money I dont have because I was a short ($9 initially)and until I pay them the money they took they will continue to take even more money for me. They could care less about customers and considering their public image lately you think they would at least pretend to

There is no customer service anymore with Wells Fargo. We have banked with them for over 20 years. I explained my situation and that I was part of the military which is why I needed them to make a change. I was told this is how we do not ,sorry and better luck next time. Way to go Wells Fargo you are an embarrassment to members who serve their country.

Friendly staff. Went to cash a check, the attendant didn't inform me that he was charging me $7.50 to cash a check until he was counting it out to me and I was short. I'll never bank with them, I'll stick to Chase and my credit unions.

With as shady as this bank is why does anyone still bank here!? They should be going out of business, dont waist your time and money here.

Jim Baker was super friendly and very informative. He helped my husband and I figure out how to get me added to his checking account to make paying bills easier. Very happy with the customer service provided by Jim!

Mike provided excellent customer service and a solution to my emergency situation. I am beyond satisfied as before talking to the branch I had spent an hour calling the 800 customer care where I received poor customer service and no help.

The branch manager, Daniel, is awesome! Customer service here is second to none. I wish all Wells Fargo branches were run this well.

All the staff are very friendly and personable! I love that when I walk in they know me on a first name basis!😊
