I have had several homes in my life, unfortunately this was the worst experience I have ever had. The lender did not live in the same state and tried to supposedly represent my best interest. We lost the home we were interested in do to four extensions on closing date. We had everything in place including money, the lender kept on asking for more documents. One reason was that he admitted they lost them. Both the selling realator and the listing realator had harsh words with the lending company and the underwriter and were unwilling to give answers they did not even give an answer on why things were continually delayed. Yes I lost money on the deal. I did get my appraisal money back hence the one star.

Michael P. is by far one of the best loan officers out there and WILL take amazing care of you. I entrust my clients and myself personally with him and his team. I have nothing but great things to say about him and would heavily recommend him for your next new purchase or refi!
