    I had an appointment but the teller was sick unfortunately she never call me to cancel so I showed up, nicely another teller try to help me but unfortunately felt super disrespected because other costumer kept interrupting us to the point to have me waiting sitting down for 20 minutes while he was assisting another person who was late for her appointment and didn't care about my time which or the fact that I was there, super disrespectful I'm glad I didn't open the account at all I wouldn't like to be treated like I didn't matter. Next time all you have to tell the person is to wait that you have someone else you are helping do not make the person wait there everyone's time is important. Worst experience don't come here.

    This store is no doubt a busy one. Inspite of that, employees r trying their best to satisfy the customers. Been here multiple times. ATM worth perfect. Much better experience with this bank as compared to other banks.

    SUPER SUPER long wait with four tellers behind the counter and only two have their windows open Carlos and Jessica yet there's a total of four workers behind the front counter. I would not recomerecthis bank for anyone.

    Nice that there is a Wells Fargo inside of the store, and the the staff is wonderful. Nice that the bank is inside the store though, and all other stores need to do the same thing with banks.

    The staff is always fast and courteous! I don't like the one on Westmoreland, they're always slow and ruuuude!

    Very slow service speed, 2 customer can process about 2 hours. Don't go there if you don't have half day free. They let customer to make phone calls during the service time and seems like did not want to work at all. Try to serve one customer a day and go home! Wells Fargo need to notice the branch like this. I will cancel my account and join to Chase.

    keep up the good work! you guys are great!!! I had an amazing experience with the teller who helped me cash my check, not to mention the personal banker who helped me she was very nice, and professional.

    Always helpful and very patient and kind the best customer service out there if you ask me I’m surprised there in a Tom Thumb They All Should Work As Customer Service Trainers .
