I had horrible customer service with them been with Covington over 2 years since 2019 and now will NEVER do business with them again! I report them to Better Business Bureau because instead helping me when I needed them and I paid early in past loans, they reject me and did not say why which is odd because I have good credit score. The interest rate always been too high for small loan, but glad they reject me go to Cash Store in Carrolton, they are professional and take business seriously. I got a different loan somewhere else and better rate. We are in a pandemic and they do not care if you need money for a loan. Do not go here ever!

It was a very friendly place everybody was so friendly and nice I was in and out at no time it was guick Paloma was very nice and friendly she helped me and got everything I needed, I really recommend people to go they are so friendly and understandable.

Do NOT use this company no matter how desperate you think you are! They will constantly pester you about refinancing your loan once you’ve paid it down, calling, sending mail, after you’ve kindly declined their offer several times before. Also, they will randomly pull your credit if you are a few days late on a payment despite having a perfect payment history. Then will say it’s company policy. Run like hell from this place because you are of no value if you aren’t trying to continually spend money with them! Since I used them, I’ve seen and heard crazy stories about their antics, just don’t do it!

Some lady came to my house, rang my doorbell looking for someone which was very disturbing and harassing! She attempted to hand-deliver a white envelope with someone's name handwritten on it and asked me if the person lives here. I informed her that first of all, she was trespassing, it's much too dangerous therefore, all of my mail is delivered through USPS and I didn't know her. I asked her not to disturb me anymore and stay off my property. With all the scams going on, I do not trust individuals who would actually come to my door if I haven't ordered something. I educate students to refrain No one opening their doors unless you are expecting packages from online shopping. One of my neighbors ran the licence plates and found she worked for this company, then called the police because she was sitting outside my home for quite awhile after I asked her to get off my property. Very unprofessional! I haven't been in this part of town since the early 90's.
