    Some things function very well while others do not. You may call all day and phone will not be answered. Personnel beyond the tellers are usually very helpful. Main problem seems to be lacking enough employees to serve customers.

    I do a lot of business with Wells Fargo, professionally and personally. And I mean a lot. After depositing funds today I asked for a notary. Waited, finally showed up, went to their office only to find out Wells Fargo would not notarize real-estate documents!!! They sent me to the UPS Store!!! They will take mortgage payments with out a hitch which requires a lot of notary stamps to get a real-estate loan. Also, I never know if they will take my deposits at the drive through or will they send to the main building across the street. Now they require an ID to deposit!!! Seriously, let anyone who wants deposit to my account, please!

    Extremely unprofessional. Called to order foreign currency and the person stated they didn't have it in but she would order it and contact me. A week later I called back and they had never placed the order and had no record. Ordered again. A week later they finally called me. I went in to pick it up and had to wait 20 minutes as the person was clueless as to how to exchange money. Then, they wanted me to pay a service charge on top of the exchange rate. No mention of a service charge is anywhere on their website. They said there was no charge if I had an account. I have several accounts with Wells Fargo but not a checking account. No luck. So I left. Plan on moving my accounts from them as soon as feasible.

    The staff is friendly but their ATMs NEVER WORK FOR DEPOSITS & sometimes withdrawals. I’ve only been with Wells Fargo for 2 months and I have only had 1 time I was able to deposit money through their ATM which is BEYOND INCONVENIENT and makes me want to switch banks

    Biggest crooks ever! you cant even make a cash deposit without showing 2 types of ID .. $500.00 is not a laundering money. Congratulations WFers I got my mortgage thru another co so I could dump you, which I did because of all the bad press and crooks,and customer no service. I also paid of your WFer card so no more interest paid to you. Tomorrow I will enjoy walking and showing you my drivers license so as to close an account that you lost after 38 years. again for trying to deposit 500.00 cash in your loosing institution, you did indeed lose a old customer. I am actually Rocky Lane the husband of Karen and maker of a 6 figure income ,that just opened a account in a small community bank! NO SERVICE Here

    The quality of service and speed here is very slow. They are always short of tellers due low pay but full of other type of staff. Lines are often to the door. You can hear people in the back laughing but no one comes out to assist or speak to customers in the line. I understand things are different after the pandemic but not everything is due to COVID. Do a little team work, increase your pay and/or offer incentives to make the positions more attractive to meet staffing goals! But find out how to take care of the clients you still have; one walked out while I was in line waiting. Sad and continued disappointment. I bank here both professionally and personally. I am strongly rethinking my options.

    Rude and slow service here , It would be quicker to drive to another location. Ivan is the only one that knows how to do the job properly

    I have a closer Wells Fargo near home but I go out of my way to come to this branch ! Staff is always friendly , yes things have changed since covid but always great service !

    I have never had so many issues with Wells Fargo, but when I do... its only at this bank. I've been with Wells Fargo nearly 15 years and both my husband and I have several accounts including a mortgage, even my company banks with them... But, because my company doesn't have a notary, we have to go into a local bank. When I get there, I'm turned away because the documents I have doesn't have a specific location for a notary to sign... YET it is a GOVERNMENT document, and the same lady has done it done it before - several times! This follows after having several co-workers in the past being denied cashing their paychecks last year because they thought it was fake. Luckily, I have had direct deposits for the company for over 3 years to prove the account was real!?!? It is ridiculous the hassle we get just to be able to do a bit of business.
