Rude and slow can't seem to do their jobs its worth the 10 min drive to bank at the Martha Berry branch. Hopefully they will get their nonsense under control. I hope everyone stops going there and goes to the other branch so that these rude workers can learn some manners and work ethic while in the unemployment line.

Today I went to this location for the 1st time. Ms. Miriam was extremely polite and helpful. She help me understand services I didn't even know I had! She made my day. Ask for her if you ever go, trust me 💯.

Went in today on lunch to pay mortgage loan and lady told me I couldn't because loan was in my husband's name. I didn't want any info I only wanted to pay the bill with my check which has my husband's name on it with mine which has the home address I was paying loan for. Also had my Licanse which also matches the house which I was paying for 😬😬😬😬. So I took off across town to the other branch where they will take my payment with my I'd with no hassle! Won't ever go in this branch again. Wells Fargo has been trying to get us to bank with them for 10 years since we've had our house now I'm glad we never switched.

Terrible branch all signs in building are in Spanish. Thought this was United States this is not mexico ! If I were go to Mexico would need to learn Spanish this is US I will be banning Wells Fargo. !

I went to the Bank and the services was great, what the person say that all signs are in Spanish is not correct, because everything in there is in English
