Rude staff. If you like to browse before you buy, go somewhere else. They keep their entire stock of firearms in the back. When I mentioned I wanted to look around at what he had, he listed three firearms and asked me if any interested me. I said the colt government issue 1911 might be of interest, but I was not ready to make any offers today. He then responded, "well then why even bother to waste my time?"

VERY VERY RUDE STAFF MEMBER, calls people "Bro", charges outrageous made up amounts to redeem items, that he says other shops charge which is untrue. I can see why when you drive by they seem like they never do any business. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGIAN. very rude do not recommend them to anyone. Honestly, I would never recommend anyone come here for anything - to buy or sell. I have never had such appalling customer service. I walked in and there was one person in front of me (not many cars parked outside either.) The guy behind the counter commented immediately that he “hated that everyone decided to come in around lunch” and he “had pizza sitting there for 45 minutes going cold.” He asked what I needed and when I replied I just had an item for him to look at he commented “of course, no one wants to buy stuff. What do you have exactly” then he went to the back — if you enjoy walking in somewhere and feeling unwelcome or that you are inconveniencing someone by going to their business then by all means, this is the place for you! Otherwise do yourself a favor and drive to West Rome, they were SO nice and helpful there!

This is by far the best pawn shop experience I’ve had yet! Extremely friendly customer service, and affordable prices. I was helped to 100% satisfaction. I recommend everyone to stop by and check them out I’ll definitely be coming back for further business!

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. I have never ran into such rude and unprofessional people in my life. And I’ve ran across some pretty bad ones :/ You know it’s bad when someone like me takes time out of their day to leave a bad review. better read the reviews on this place before deciding on whether or not to do business with them.

Sold a rare modle rifle here today. After a short educational session I walked away happy with the service and the sale. My hubby & I stopped by last Saturday and we were wow'ed by this place! The gentleman behind the counter was great! He was knowledgeable about everything from silver and gold to game consoles and guns. He took the time to explain customer perks, the services they offered, and was very easy to talk to. The store was clean and has great hours! This is now our favorite pawn shop!

Absolutely the best pawn shop in Rome been a customer here for over a year now they never disappoint.. I have done loans with them for about 6 months and they never charged me a late fee and discounted my interest rate now that I am a regular they know how to keep your business.. Trust these guys are good

The guy was condescending as hell explaining to me that I had a copy of my boyfriend’s paper instead of the original & when I stood up for myself he told me that I was rude & asked me to leave, he then called the cops for that. Like what kind of customer service is that? Atrocious. Edit: I called back to tell him that’s the ONLY paper he gave my boyfriend, not even the original slip, & he hung up on me. Y’all are actually the worst & I hope y’all realize that.

Wow.. Great guys I sold them I piece of jewelry and the next time I came back 2 weeks later to sell them more jewelry and they gave me more money on the previous gold I sold them ..said they where able to sell for more then they expected that gold went up.. Very honest guys thank you
