Wells Fargo Bank NJ, Turnersville

Needed help with Power of Attorney, as it relates to an out of state account. Lorena and Mel couldn’t have been A - more prepared and B - more helpful. We advised them of the situation prior to arriving. Once I did come in to the branch, Lorena and Mel had docs readily prepared, went through their normal banking verifications and I was on my way in 30 minutes. Completely smooth and seamless. Well done ladies.

This bank is excellent. Cori Belfiore and her staff do a great job. Glad to see her back in the office. I am a long-time customer of Wells Fargo. This branch is the best I’ve ever used thank you for all your help Cori.. keep up the good work.

Slowest bank I've ever been to.

First I want to start by saying that this particular branch is wonderful... eager employees at the ready to open accounts, process deposits, cash checks... as long as you do not have an actual problem you're golden you will walk out with a smile on your face! Recently I have noticed that both of my accounts are on the fritz... we'll go with that because I don't know how to explain the frustration of never being able to use my card at restaurants or anywhere that processes credit... yesterday I was infuriated!! I took my daughter out for the day & then to dinner, we had such an amazing day & dinner... after we finished our meal I handed my card to pay... the lady walked up to me ever so nicely & said I'm sorry your card was declined... I tried to run it twice... I responded oh this is a wells fargo problem this keeps happening to me there's plenty of money in my account... long story short I had to hand this lady my license as collateral, walk my daughter all the way through the smoking section of a casino to the other side to use an ATM which charged 5.99 to pull cash out to pay my restaurant bill.... this was beyond embarrassing... I wasn't just embarrassed I was angry, frustrated & fed up with wells fargo because this is literally like the 20th time I've had to pay to pay... look like an ass... & waste my time... all to learn that the payment that was "declined" actually processed on my account twice yet the money was returned twice. I'm beyond fed up with Wells Fargo... after 8 years of banking with them I do believe it's time to part ways! I can not continue to pay to bank with them!!

They said they are open until One pm on Saturday for drive through. I go there at 1246 pm all drive throughs were closed. False advertising. When do you really have to get there noon? How can you plan? One pm now.
