    I had anabsolutely unbelievably poor experience today when I went to the bank during regular banking hours. It was 1:30 p.m. I walked in and wanted to open an account with my daughter for her. I was told they do not have anyone that can open an account today. Absolutely pathetic service.

    Been with Wells Fargo for over 30 years, and recommended it to my business partners to open an account with them. However, called this local branch this morning and couldn't even get someone to answer the phone. I would think that would be the easiest part of running a branch, and if they can't answer the phone I can't imagine their actual service would be much better.

    The personal bankers and manager are a joke here. Wells Fargo corporate should definitely look more into this location regarding the lack of quality assurance this branch has. This is NOT Wells Fargo business model. No help, no answers, just sitting in a chair for 45 minutes. Horrible experience, I will take my business checking elsewhere.

    While waiting on my card, 2 employees were talking loud enough about a customers A** and how one of the employees likes it. Also, using the word N**** and let me stop being such a H**. One of the employees had his head low on his desk on his phone and not even a welcome like other branches when you walk in. Manager around and not saying anything. Not such a good impression for a first time customer. Will try a different branch next time.

    I really wish I could take a video right now. I am floored by how long these bank tellers are taking. There’s three of them on staff right now and each of them have their hands flat on the counter right now smiling, laughing, and having some great conversations in Spanish with their customers. Meanwhile ten plus people are stacked up in line waiting.

    I have been with them for 30 years. Now after all this time they are now charging me service fee. Small business , do they really need my 10 bucks a month. Keep sticking it to the little man. Unhappy

    I am reading through these reviews and do not know what people are talking about. Maybe someone was surprised that appointments are needed since COVID but they are easy online with a click or a tap on. Most employees are utterly friendly, helpful and taking the time needed. While my general Wells Fargo opinion is less positive, this branch is really a good experience.

    Unfortunately today not a good experience. They do racial profiling Spent 1/2 hour trying to deposit a check and receive some money back for the holidays. Ms. Gomes (teller) Ms. Leah Rene (Prefer Banker) and Mr. Rafael Vega(Branch Manager). Please don’t insult my intelligence with your explanations. My wife and I have 3 different accounts plus home line of credit and I have a charge card that you mailed to me. (I never asked for it.) We been doing business since you purchased Wachovia bank in 2008. So with all these computers you couldn’t look up a profile of my account and the checks that are deposited every month. Ms. Rene said that my company check was no good. That was her exact words (really). I had to ask for a Branch Manger and told him I didn’t appreciate the racist treatment. His response was, “we are minority also”. Mr. Vega was very polite in our conversation but the explanations was all very suspect. One was, the teller seen me endorse the front of the check which set off a alarm. Sorry, your organization had issues with predatory lending and opening up unsolicited accounts now racially profiling your own customers. I’m glad my home line of credit can be paid off by years end. Will be looking for a new back

    0 or negative stars if that was allowed. Atrocious manager, incompetent teller at the drive through window. Too stupid to read a check, pretty embarassing that people like that are even allowed jobs. Avoid this branch at all costs

    closed their drive-thru at 4 p.m. on Friday afternoon I don't know how they think they're in danger behind bulletproof glass but whatever doesn't surprise me that the banking fat cats are going to be causing inconvenience for everybody else
