Wells Fargo Bank Sparta Ave, Sparta Township

Not sure why all the 1-stars but I have not heard any issues or problems with service provided and the tellers are quite friendly -- always with smiles. At times, there may be a long wait but with a little patience and a positive attitude, there would be more 5 star ratings.

I stopped into the branch on a Saturday morning... frantic and in need of documents for a lender. The branch manager, Zoe Gatoulis, helped me. She totally went above and beyond to get me what I needed. What a tremendous team of people! This is what Excellence in Customer Service looks like! Thank you so much!

ARIEL at this Branch should be teaching other bankers what the word customer service means. She has been beyond fantastic and has been the most professional banker that you could ask for. I have dealing with this branch since December and give them 5 stars in every area. Thank You

I lost my Mother who had a Safe Deposit Box at this Branch. Her passing was sudden and it did not have my name on it. So I got a Court order from The Honorable Surrogate Of Sussex County who has instructed them to turn it over. And yet they refuse to Honor the demand. It takes a special kind of arrogance to defy a Court Order. And it takes a lot heartless and down right self righteousness to withhold what does not belong to them. And impede someone trying to Honor the last wishes of a Loved One......I was her Only Surviving Heir......

I unfortunately was the victim of a scam where they were in the process of taking all of my savings when I went into the Sparta Wells Fargo branch and they immediately went into action. I was helped by Kevin Adams, Eva Marchine, and June. They were able to stop the transaction. alert the fraud department, keep me calm. They were so wonderful. I am so grateful.

I have had nothing but great experiences each time from Ariel, Daniel, and the manager, Jessica. My mother is becoming forgetful and has had some issues with her accounts. They all know her and welcome her, using her name every time. They make her feel secure and she needs that right now. Thank you all for the great customer service!

Worst customer service possible. They don't even deserve one star. I needed my signature certified and they didn't know how. And didn't even try to help me. Just sent me on my way saying it wasn't something they could do at the bank. So, I went to the CHASE bank in Byram. They didn't know how to certify either, but guess what? They took a minute, looked it up, and were able to help. That's how customer service should work. If you're looking for a bank in the area, go to CHASE.

Im not one to leave reviews for places good or bad but this is now the second time in the past month the branch manager Jessica was rude and beyond unhelpful. She refused to print out my recent transaction history and stamp and sign it which caused me to drive to the next closest local branch who was glad to deposit my $14k check and oblige my request for the stamped and signed transaction history. I don't know wether it's the way I look (I'm covered in tattoos) or if she is that rude and unhelpful to all customers but she is the soul reason I no longer like or wish to use the Wells Fargo in Sparta. The Chase bank right next door is also very helpful I would highly recommend them as a local alternative.
