Hire someone, ANYONE. You have 4 execs doing nothing. They can help in the teller line. I tried calling for 45 minutes this morning with no answer. So unprofessional!

Bank not open on weekend!! Also ATM has issues taking deposits on weekend "Not every time" but on several occasions. So really good for nothing on weekend.

A bank that greets me by name! The tellers are very good at what they do. Always going out of their way to help. Whether it is suggesting a service or fixing an issue, I have never felt that each and every concern was not addressed and usually resolved! I've been a Wells customer since the 80's. The Steamboat location is by far the friendliest branch I have ever dealt with! They care about each and every customer and it shows! Good job you guys!! Of note: the one and only ATM is located outside and is used by everyone, whether in a car or on foot! My understanding is that this is the only location there was to put the ATM. So, if you're in a car, please stop asking if I should be using it because I'm on foot!

Tellers and bankers have been consistently friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I've been with them for 20 years and have never had a bad experience, including fixing problems and making up for mistakes that I made.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. They change their rules on identification it seems like every week. They make it so hard for you to withdraw from your own account. Do not bank here go somewhere else.

Have tried for days to contact someone at the bank for an appointment with a notary and no luck....using the web site doesn't help at all! Poor policy concerning contacting bank personnel...

These people have no idea what risk management or liability are if they allow people to walk up to the drive-thru ATM

Worst bank EVER. Wouldn't accept a cash deposit on Tuesday -- forced my friend to walk across the street to the post office to buy a money order -- was closed early for Christmas upon their return. Friend made that deposit this morning -- now WF is holding it til tomorrow without releasing it to me. My phone has been cut off pending payment, which should have occurred two days ago. So I am out of contact until tomorrow at least. Been banking here for 20 years -- never got a loan I sought. They hold all funds as long as they legally can. Stealing our money by holding onto it. I've got a big check coming from a trust, today -- which will go straight to Vectra.

Moving down the block after 45 years of banking in this building. They are great at remembering your name but when they screw up processing a check they refuse to fix or take responsibility. Lots of Indians, no Chiefs.
