    I have been to this Wells Fargo location on multiple occasions to get some paperwork notarized. Even though they may be busy at times they are always accommodating and work as fast as they can with their (currently) limited staff. Very nicely laid out bank; clean and open space leading up to the tellers with some seating available. I would not hesitate to come to this branch again.

    Very clean and it wasn’t busy at all. We went inside just 30mins before they closed and they gave great service. We came into cash a check and we don’t have an account here and wasnt sure if we would have any issues and it was a pleasant experience.

    I have been with Wells Fargo since the start, but I will close all my Wells Fargo bank accounts and switch to Chase and Alaska USA FCU. I came to this branch at 11am on Saturday at their normal business hours, but the bank was closed without any notice. One other time I came to the branch at 12pm, but was told bank was closed even though on the door, it says open till 5pm. The security guard was rude at the door. They do not offer business equipment loan, no personal auto loan, charged me $35 overdraft fee twice in one day for transferring $5. The list goes on and on.

    This is the worst bank I’ve been to, a line to the door and 2 tellers and 3 tellers talking to each other. I despise coming n this bank. On the flip side 2 of the tellers are nice.

    The wait in the line was absolutely horrible. The drive through was the only post available and there service was slow. I waited an hour to get service as did several of us. I requested a chasiers check which is a typical 10 minutes the most process but there was so much confusion and back and forth. Definitely finishing a different branch to go to. You should find a different one also unless they improve their performance.

    Came in today for a notary stamp 1.5 hours before close- myself and the person behind me was turned away and asked to come back next week or so because it was too close to noon. At least they politely and professionally told me to go away.

    This might be the worst branch in anchorage. I have never had a good experience here. Not only is there customer service lacking but also the lack of people they have working there. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone who needs sometime done in a timely fashion. I will not be doing my banking here or with Wells Fargo anymore.

    Worst Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to. Wait to deposit a check today was almost 40 minutes. The check amount was too large to deposit at the atm. Also, a few times I’ve been there the atm has been out of cash.

    In today's world customer service has fell so far off the mark it isn't funny. I only gave this location 1 star and would have loved to give it none. I went into cash my payroll check, this check is drawn at Wells Fargo. I am asked to put my debit card into the system, because I also have an account there. I was wanting to cash it first, since it is drawn at my bank, then deposit it so the funds would be available to me immediately. I was asked to wait because they had to make a phone call. Now mind you they have my account information and identification, the check that is from a very large corporation dated for today. After 20 minutes of waiting I still don't have my check cashed or deposited. I have to leave and attempt again after work since they have taken my entire lunch hour for them to be rude and treat me as a criminal. Time to close accounts and bank elsewhere. They lost my parents services because of their rude service, but is saved my parent over 200,000.00 in interest by moving ALL of their loans and going through a credit union. Time to do the same!
