Credit Union 1 - Mountain View Branch N Bragaw St, Anchorage

I have an account with for several years for the most part the teller's are wonderful , still can't get a loan because I spend cash and use no credit cards ...but they can't find that I easier have credit with the Cash America pawn . I think they are okay.

Friendly employees although very slow customer service. Generally you can be prepared for a 15-30 minute wait. Several times I have seen cars leaving the drive thru because the wait has become too long. I've never dealt with a bank this slow it seems as if their system is not very effecient.

Worst customer service of all times ! This lady was so rude, she was rolling her eyes and slapping the papers on the desk. When we asked the things we needed , she was being a b*** about it . Other employees are wonderful! Just this specific lady who's probably hate working.

Every time I come here, because it is closer to where I work, it takes more than 45 minutes to be helped. And that's in the drive thru. Drive thru's supposed to be quick and easy.

I've been with CU1 for over 20 years now for good reason, they are absolutely the best in my book!

I was trying to do deposit on the drive thru, they made me wait about 30 min until they say sorry we’re close like bro you hold up the line and there only 2 cars Worse location to go to and they’re slow as heck. Next time I’ll drive to the other credit union one.

Since joining Credit Union 1 a couple years back, I have to say it has been the best experience of any Credit Union or Bank that I have dealt with since living in Alaska. (26 yrs. as of date). The most friendliest and courteous employees to encounter. I am really a Happy Customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’m so over this bank and their lies. I’ve spent now two months being promised a skip pay on both my loans and here I am two months later and the loans they told me they skipped are now two months past due. Also I made a transfer today for 15.00 from savings to credit card and it disappeared I called and they told me hmm that’s weird idk what happened you’ll just have to wait. Worst customer service I’ve ever had

So far so good this bank has been a great one for me. I'm still new to it but I'm sure to see lots more better days with the company!

Other than the small parking lot, every visit is excellent. Courteous & friendly every time unlike the Debarr Branch.
