Wells Fargo Bank Jake Alexander Blvd, Salisbury

My stolen ID and debit card were used here to commit fraud and I am now out $3000+. My card was reported stolen 2 days before the fraud was committed but they allowed the thief to use it anyways!! Still fighting for my money back when I am a victim and suffering from my saving being stolen! If they can steal money when my account is flagged - I do not feel safe with my money in Wells Fargo any longer!

Greeted as soon as I walked through the door by Eloise, Teller. As soon as I stated that I was there to cash a check I was asked "to have a seat and wait for a personal banker to bring it back to the teller." I waited for exactly 15 minutes before receiving help from a personal banker. In the meantime two tellers sat at their workstations and gossiped. I asked why Wells Fargo had to go through a special process to cash a Wells Fargo check. I was told that it was because they have fraud checks. While this makes sense, it's upsetting that I'm expected to wait to get a reason why. Wells Fargo Corp. should take note that this branch is failing your customers and frequently upsets customers. Fix it.

Absolute disgrace to banking! I have no idea how or why I’ve stayed with this company... I guess for sheer convenience. But this particular location is the WORST! They will find any reason to turn away customers or cause a inconvenience. They are consistently rude each time I’ve visited and the rules are ever changing!

I commented on this branch location before but my complaint was taken down I guess they can't handle the truth.... This branch has the worst customer service and they seem to take pride on denie or prolonge your transaction... Yet when I get refused service that day, I can drive 4 minutes away to the Ennis branch and I'm received with smiles and kind service.... Unfortunately they are closed on Saturday and I have to put up with the rudeness of the Jake Alexander branch.... Let's see if this Post doesn't get token down...

Worst customer service iv have ever received at a wells Fargo Bank period! Waited for 45 mins now and still received no help!! Def make the drive to a different branch!

I always have a good experience whenever I visit this branch but today’s service was exceptional. Pam Smith is the sweetest, most helpful woman. I scheduled an appointment because that’s their new policy due to COVID-19. I was seen quickly and Pam made sure I had no worries before I left. She is truly an angel! This is such a great branch and I was very pleased with my service.

Absolutely the worst branch I have ever dealt with. They claim they do not have cash on hand to handle my needs. They refused to cash a SECU cashier's check, and refused to verify it with SECU. And did not want to cash a USPS money order. Its insane. When I was searching for a business account the sales girl said (with intended tone) "I hope you make the RIGHT choice" as I was walking out... The people here are the worst, and have ZERO chance of being dealt with in a professional manner by WF as a whole. They know they're okay being abysmal people.

Definitely the slowest Wells Fargo out there. They never have enough personnel to handle there customers. One person works the drive through and even though she is nice she cant handle 4 lanes by her self.

Closed my acct there. They handed me what was left in my checking and then sent me a notice for overdraft, $35 charge. I've bounced one check since the 1970's. Turns out they didn't look at my pending charges which were quite visible to me on online banking the day before (and showed in the available total). Guess they're going to get your money, whatever they have to stoop to.

This bank is a joke I’ve been there with a business account for 9 years and I’ve had so many problems ! Managers are rude and hateful !!!! I’m taking my money out Monday and closing 3 accounts !!! I can’t take it anymore
