    2/26/22 10:06 a.m. called from the parking lot and Morgan Haley answered. I said I was selling my car and needed to open a new account with the money. 2 mins later we were sitting at her desk getting started. It's nice to see someone that thoroughly goes through every detail and choices. 11:20 the buyer for my car shows up and Morgan even walked me up to the teller to deposit the cash. She went way beyond my expectations with a national chain corner bank.

    The new manager she was rude and didn’t help me I was trying to apply for a Wellsfargo credit card she say no time. 😞😞. And they count my deposit money wrong 😑 two time. It was bad experience

    I wanted to set up a checking and savings account. The rep didn't have a clue about the 'Zero Liability protection' for debit cards as listed on the main website. I was told I would have to come back. Not coming back. I was about to transfer 100+K from BBVA and my remaining liquid assets from Chase. Not gonna do it.

    Wells Fargo fails to provide their claim of excellent customer service, intact it is quite the opposite and I’m certain as-well that Wells Fargo as a company is fraudulent, no one should ever bank with them. There have been numerous lawsuits against them, DO NOT BANK HERE, how are are they getting away with millions???

    Easly the best Wells Fargo experience I have ever had. Short line. Was instantly helped when I walked through the door. I needed a check, so I could void it and send it off with an application and they waived the check fee! I might go out of my way to come back to this branch specifically in the future.

    Danielle the Branch Manager helped me in a bind on our home closing in coordination with another local bank. Understanding we were in a time crunch she jumped in to help us against a tight wire cutoff and executed flawlessly. Clearly on top of her game and her team around her appeared to be just as skilled. Great branch and thank you again Danielle!!

    Don't bank with Wells Fargo. It doesn't matter how kind and helpful the people in the branch bank are. They are only as helpful as the BIG BANK corporation behind them. If you have a transaction dispute, forget about getting a solution. The standard answer will be "sorry, we have to wait 10 business days" or "that has to be resolved on the vendor's side". In my situation, one transaction posted 3 times. A week later, a transaction posted 7 times. Four phone calls and hours on hold, and no resolution. Sorry Wells Fargo, that's terrible customer service policy. So sorry for the good people who work for this terrible bank.

    DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK! Wish I could give this bank no stars if I could.The manager was extremely rude! She has a very know it all attitude when I asked her a question not sure she remembers me but I most definitely remember her I will not forget the way she treated me! Poor service!!!switched to chase the very same day
