Wells Fargo Bank Westlake Ctr, Daly City

Wells Fargo lost my checks!! Made a deposit on a Friday and didn't check my account until the next Tuesday when I needed to buy a few things for my business. When I checked my balance, my account was well below zero. This surprised me very much because I knew I was supposed to have enough money to cover my weekend expenses and have still have money left. So, I went to this branch and asked for an explanation but the person there didn't know what had happened. He looked for the transaction in the computer but couldn't find anything and told me that the person that worked that Friday had the day off. He even asked me if I could provide copy of the checks I had deposited. Because I didn't have a copy I had to bother my clients and ask them for one. At the end, the teller was able to find the physical checks somewhere in their office and finalize the deposit. I still do not understand what exactly happen but having a bank misplace my checks is very unprofessional.

most horrible service ive ever had. they cant get anything done. they need to know your whole life story just to cash a simple check this wells forgo is really sad and needs improvement on a massive level. if you want something done without waiting an hour just to here bad news, DONT GO TO WELLS FORGO IN WESTLAKE!!!!!!!

Sheldon & his entire team really work hard to exceed my expectations, seemingly every time I am in the branch. Obviously they cannot walk on water, but pretty much anything else, they make it happen.

William Ortega the manager! oh my God he doesn’t know what customer service is. He is helping the people who is not on the line. He needs to educate this guy!

It's too bad don't use it try to use my debit card today but it's doesn't work I call the 24 hours service but it's not 24 hours actually told me the bank it's close after that I try the International number it's work I give the supervisor all the security he want but he told me the office in the bank close you can't get cash or use your card now you need to wait to the morning I was in the highway I need to but gas and I need to get my medication from the pharmacy but I don't get nothing because I can't use my debit card and I have enough money to use I wanna close my account tomorrow in the morning no more Wells Fargo it's a bad bank and bad service

I just opened a new account with wells fargo bank through Jennifer Tao. She has the best customer service and I would like to recommend everyone to open an account through her. She is patient, helpful and very friendly. Thank you Jennifer for your kind help.

This Wells is hands down... The best. All tellers and bankers are incredibly helpful, and friendly. They get the job done in record time, every time. Huge bonus is that they are open on Sundays.

not gonna lie the lady's who help me cash my check are great but about two weeks ago I went t9 open my first secure account and set up a payment date with this guy called raj or something like that and we set up the 28 as my payment date and when I got my card all my payments where due on the 2 of ever month not only that he told me that if I canceled my account I wouldn't get my money back the 300 I put in it and my sister told me I could but it takes a month

I went there for just 2 rolls of quarters but they don’t have what a joke 👎🏿👎🏿

Great branch I have never had a problem there long lines but every teller is on duty.
