Chase Bank Southgate Ave, Daly City

The bankers simply help who ever they want. And do not go by first come first serve as other banks do. This is very unfair to those who dont know any banckers personally. The customer service has really gone down at this location.

Service is soo bad👎👎👎, we had a valid gov issued id and stuff refused to accept it . She didnt even let us sit, and asked our name. She immediately ask if we do have required documents and when we show it she told its not accepted. From the beginning she was looking to find a reason not to accept us.

I feel like this Bank gets a bad rap. I believe this Chase Bank is one of the better Chase Banks around. It's kind of like the post office you don't want to be there lines, can be long sometimes, and you have a long wait. For a bank, this Chase Bank is one of the best. Its one of the few that have an ATM that you can withdraw thousands of dollars on inside without having to wait in line. When I don't want to wait in line for the ATM and take care of something at the teller they're usually pretty professional. Trust me, I don't go to there too often, so I do get a variety of different tellers. They all have been generally professional. However there was this one girl who was acting like she was waiting for me to help her with a over ornery attitude. I simply let the management know about her attitude and that they would gladly converse with her with more training. Problem solved. Small peanuts to the overall service this bank has provided for me.

Worst customer service ever! They made me wait in line for 10 minutes just to say that they couldn't help me with a transaction and sent me from teller to teller! Incompetent workers that don't know what they are doing! Changing banks after this! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

If you wanna get an official stamp on the TreasuryDirect Account Authorization Form(FS Form 5444), plz don't go there, they can't help you.

Don't come here the manager doesn't help I went now to open my new account to Chase bank in same location and I give them my drivers license my social security number ,my debit card and my work permit but the manger want my passport too to open a account ( debit card) he doesn't help I'm going to bank of America now to open my account

Have been trying to phone someone there for 3 days. Always get the message "All representatives are busy. Call back later". Haven't they noticed no calls are getting through?

Don't come here. They are so inefficient. Every time I come here, I have to wait more than half an hour.
