Went to go to lunch downtown today. Wells Fargo decides to take all the parking that multiple downtown businesses have used for years. I understand taking 5-10 spots. But the whole parking lot? Really Wells Fargo?

This is miserable. There is one teller helping five drive through lanes consistantly now. I understand closing the lobby, but dont send the tellers home. I'd like to get through the line in less than an hour. Edit. I've been through several times since the last review, and the problems only get worse. The lack of concern for the customers time is deplorable business. I'm closing my accounts.

This is ABSURD!! As I sit here in the drive up there are currently 25 cars waiting!! I've been here (stuck) for 45 minutes and I'm still 3 cars back in my lane!! What is going on here? If you're going to close the lobby you had better havea teller for each lane. This is terrible customer service. And can't go to the other branch because it's closed, btw! Unreal!!

I went to the branch on Carey to deposit money into my son's account. I was told that they would not accept a cash deposit since my name wasn't on the account. Keep in mind I'm just depositing money and nothing else. I was told I could write a check for deposit only if I had an account with them. I had to go buy a money order from the post office and then drive back to the bank to make the deposit. This is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard from a bank. I recommend people bank elsewhere.

Despicable Wells Fargo. Taking all the parking spaces that is utilized by several businesses in the downtown area. Utterly despicable.

Much prefer the other location and avoid this one as much as possible. Closing the other branch on Saturdays to rotate staff into this one wasn't the best decision. This one has Awkward parking, weird placement of the tellers, and drive up lines you have to commit too because you're not getting out of line once you're in.

This place is inconsiderate they make you stand outside In. Freezing temperatures no matter if your in a wheel chair or a driving a semi that wont fit through the narrow lanes And cant even plow the lanes from ice and snow. this place is horrible If I ever had a reason to not bank at wells fargo it was today. today's visit was horrible inconsiderate people.

Due to Covid-19, all of the local branches have signs posted telling customers to use drive-up or online services OR to call for an appointment. THIS IS A JOKE! When you TRY to call the EAST branch, you get a recording telling you that no tellers are available to take your call. When you call the DOWNTOWN branch, you get a recording that tells you that you can hold for a branch employee, but after a few minutes, you are transferred to an online banker. The service I needed was a cashier's check, so an online banker was NOT an option. Instead, I was forced to wait in the drive-up teller line for 55 MINUTES! I feel as though Wells Fargo is using this health crisis as a method to cut expenses by eliminating customer-service options.
