I took some cordless dewalt saws in to sell. They tried to low ball the price by sourcing list prices for different tools. They offered $50 dollars on a 400.00 (dcs577 dewalt saw with battery and charger) claiming that the list price was 270. They offered $35 on a saw that lists for $259 (DCS391 dewalt saw with battery and charger) by pricing a raw tool at $129. When I tried to explain the obvious error I was told that they use the model numbers . Well, that is fine except when the picture of the tool and specifications are not is not remotely similar. If it was incompetence or an attempt at deception I do not know. It seems like to me that instead of trying to convince the seller of a charade, the more business like thing to do is make an offer to be accepted or denied. I left there feeling offended that someone believed that I would be susceptible to such an obvious attempt at deception. Seller beware!

Overpriced items for sale , They get you coming and going. You maybe able to find something that is hard to buy anywhere else in town however those items are over priced as well. The staff is slow and kinda rude to be honest. They look at the customers with a swagger like you are below them. Stay away from there stay from all pawn shops they feed off the poor.

Great place to buy, sell, and trade items. They always give a fair price when selling and work with you if you're looking to buy. The shop is huge too, so I'm sure you can find something you're looking for.

Went to this pawn shop and they try to say my diamonds weren't real go to city national pawn and gave me top dollar would not recommend Lincoln way pawn at all

Went in there to sell something or pawn. Guy was rude and said not taking it before I said anything. It's all about phrasing of words.

Exceptional business in Pawn Shops, surpasses them all. Very friendly staff mostly, only a few male employees were unpleasant. Very courteous with the notaries. Best of all the best selection around. Extremely wide variety. If like to know if they do layaway for the holidays. Just lost my Grandmother, my Mom is broken 💔 and is like to lift her spirits with a very nice Christmas 🎄 present 🎁. My dear Dad I Love 💘 very much had a stroke and is like to been his spirits and his wife as well. They've had it hard. Layaway would be very helpful as I lost my job after my Grandmother's passing and was unable to gain employment for 9.5 months. And could use the boost for our spirits!

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. I had called in about a Canon camera lens and they put it aside so that someone else wouldn't buy it. They even went lower on the price! Chris was very helpful and courteous. Joe was the one who put the lens aside for me. Great business with great customer service.

I'll start off by saying the staff is very nice. However, just as other reviewers point out they low ball you to death. I expect pawn shops to come in pretty low because they have to try to wheel and deal to sell it later. Plus, they often sit on stuff for a while and everyone thinks their stuff is worth so much more than it actually is. However, after trying to sell some tools, I learned they will take the usual price they will offer you and drop it by at least 50% more. Meaning they are going to try to make a 100% profit off of everything. If they think they can pay even less, they will start out at like 75% lower. Then I was looking at products and they upcharge things as new prices. Not happy with anything about this place except the staff was truly friendly.

This is the absolute scummiest place you can go. On top of them selling your items despite current accounts, they never return your calls or actually pass along info to the owner- no matter how on top of it you try to be. And to top it all off, their employees take your phone number off your file and think it’s ok to start texting you. I would recommend literally any pawn shop but this one.

Horrible decline in service. I've been a customer here for over two years, both buying and pawning. Within the last year their buying prices have gone down and their selling prices have gone up. The new faces are rude and disrespectful. Take your busy else where.

No stars!! They are gross I pawned my truck for one month because I was in a bind The person who drove it to the lot took my stereo and system out of it when I got it out of pawn, he was acting guilty and they offered me money I will never do business here!!

Amazing staff. Super friendly. The local pawn shop was going to give me $200 for my snap on tools bit lincolnway pawn blew that offer clean out of the water. Thanks Lincolnway, you've earned a customer for life

From a buyer's perspective... This place is great. Most (I'll admit not all) of their prices are pretty darn good. The aisles are wide and well lighted. I've brought my kids several times and it ranks highly with them for toys (especially skylanders figures). They have a great assortment of camping equipment, tools, archery and paintball supplies, and guns. The people are the best part, though. They greet you when you come in. They help you find stuff, and if you're simply kind back, you might get a discount. Respect goes a long way.
