The Drive thru ATM is amazing! Works really well and very convenient. You can either insert your card or just tap it if you card can do so. It really helps prevent all tear and wear.

I've worked at this location in the past and I still bank with Wells Fargo. This location is run like a well oiled machine. The company as a whole is a well organized and established financial banking institution. All locations are similar with the way they operate, and how escalations are handled. The team members at this location are always willing to help. Most people don't understand how banks operate, employees here make sure to educate and teach customers the ins and outs of the banking world.

Hands down, the worst bank in town, and part of the worst banking corporation in the nation. Customer service, well, they don't really impress me as having a concept of it. I really don't like going into an American bank and ending up dealing with someone from Africa who doesn't speak very clear English. I REALLY don't like that a simple transaction can take 15 minutes to complete, and they've got to be the greediest bank around. Fees on everything, even when you've got a boatload of money on deposit there. Move your money to a credit union, where you're a member, and where the tellers will come to recognize you and greet you by your name when you come up to their window.

Mixed messaging all the time. I received good service for the most part when I'm there in person but if I try to get anything prearrange over the phone, all I get is mixed information. in a 5 day window I received two separate answers for the same request. It seems like the employees and bankers are much more willing to help than the managers. It will be great if they can have the staff train the managers.

I know that bank employees are trained to be super friendly, but the people at this Wells Fargo seem like they are authentically friendly. It makes the several minutes you have to spend inside the branch or in the drive thru much less painful.

If you’re needing a checking/savings account, Summit Credit Union is just up the road from this place and will treat you like an actual human being. This branch and chain in general will treat you like a number at best. There are some genuinely good people working here, however, the management is downright awful. They have very little interest in helping with anything but taking your money. Money talks and where you choose to bank makes a difference in this world. Don’t empower this sort of capitalist organization designed to take your money, go somewhere else.

Stop 🛑😳 if you wanna keep your money don’t bank with these people they are scamming people I got an email saying my account was $0 this bank basically took all my money out of my savings account bank full of thieves

I’ve been banking at this Wells Fargo since we’ve opened our small business in 2013. For five years this location has done nothing but exceed expectations. Their drive through staff is the best I’ve ever encountered. The bank institution weld Fargo is far from perfect but this location and its staff are amazing. I’d drive out of my way to go to this one if you’ve had bad service at a different bank!

Can't deposit cash into accounts you're not on unless you have an ID. Wells Fargo has been fined hundreds of millions of dollars for opening fake accounts in people's names, hell if I'm going to give this criminal enterprise my info. They want it to open fake accounts in your name to meet sales quotas and get bonuses!
