Wells Fargo Bank Sw 1st St, Ontario

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. Never have I ever had more problems then with the Ontario Oregon branch. I deal with a multi million dollar company that banks there. And they won’t sell me nickels ever. If I could switch banks for my company I would in a heart beat. It’s sad I can go to a bank that I personally bank with and walk out with 50.00 worth. But a million dollar company can’t get any from their own bank.

This is the second wells Fargo we have been to in two days. Everytime we go it's like hurry up and wait. If I could compare it to another buisness I would compare it to Walmart because they never have enough tellers to help. All we wanted was a bank statement and ended up waiting 35 minutes and they still couldn't give us what we wanted. I think we are going to end up changing banks!

Not good and act like they don't want my business

So no drive up and they will not open it. Now they want you to call to make an appointment and NO ONE will answer the phone...Can't wait to be done with Wells Fargo...

If you go to any Wells Fargo you'll find very competent employees but if you want the best in the kindest go to the Wells Fargo in Ontario although many are very kind there one stands out like a shining beacon and that would be sabien kreidler let me tell you she's very young very motivated and has a personality like Johnny Carson she makes you love life we can't think of anybody we like better at the bank except for Nancy

I went there this morning with my tax return check said I wasn't a customer could you cash my tax return check and they said yes after they validate the check they said that they couldn't cash it cause I didn't had a account so I had to go to my tax return place to void out my tax return check and they didn't answer the phone from my tax guy and now got to wait 3 days to get my tax return check reissue

Kind people who are always working hard. I think it's really important to note, that I'm not an account holder! I only go there to deposit rent. Yet, I'm still treated with the utmost respect & kindness without anyone trying to, convert me!

The people who work here are very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They greet you as you walk in and also talk with you as you are in line. The managers are very nice. I love that they know most people by name! It's a great place to bank at!

talk about great greeting! they greet everyone once they come in, very attentive to your satisfaction and concerns; i feel great having them handle my money, props to Luen and Jose, and Ryan! i feel like they care, not like US Bank down the street where theyre attitudes are sh!+ :)
