I have been a member for over 14yrs but i just closed my account recently. I have had so many issues with $12 monthly fees to have checkig account to overdrafts with no protection... their are a few staff members at different stores that i truely liked and stayed with the bank as long as I did. Ashley in eagle river( used to be at wasilla walmart when they had it.), kiera at wasilla wells fargo by walgreens is such a doll... but thats it.

Among all haste going on, the staff is friendly and professional. Ms McKinley did an awesome job helping me with thing needed attention. Deffinatly a place to have an account.

Have been unable to access documents from my safe deposit box because you can’t go inside, the online appointment app says there are NO appointments available for ANY of the services listed and even their main customer support phone personnel can’t get a response.
