    I have been a credit union member at JSC for a few years and today I got an auto loan. Erica Walker, loan officer, assisted and completed the transaction for me. She was highly professional and knowledgeable and walked me through the process completely to my satisfaction! I would highly recommend JSC credit Union and in particular, Erica Walker! I would give her 10 Stars if it was available.

    Been a 'Valued Member' for over 30 years...not by choice. JSC acquired my bank. Noticed they don't respond to negative reviews on here.

    I have been banking with this credit union for years and I have always found the associates friendly and helpful. I have never waited more than a few minutes at any time. They always go out of their way to assist me with any requests.

    Maybe not perfect but let me tell you at least it's not as bad as Chase, BOA, Wells Fargo, Capitol One, etc. This is the best bank I've ever dealt with. I've never had a real serious complaint. Can't say that for the others.

    We went at 4:30pm I signed in on the pad so I could open am account for my kids I waited till the lady was done with the client she had, well when she was done we waited for her to call us back she skip us and went to another person who had just walked in and signed in also I will never go back to that jscfcu again.

    My husband and I recently went to JSCFCU for help with a loan, we had never been to a credit union before. I can tell you that we are extremely satisfied with the service we received. Our financial specialist Haley Long was outstanding, she helped us to the end and worked hard to get us all set. The atmosphere inside was warm and relaxing nothing like our regular bank which we will be closing that account. We have made the switch, Credit Unions are far better than traditional banks. Thank you Haley for all your hard work!

    I've had a JSC account for at least 7 years now, my mom has had one for at least 15...we've had many issues with JSC but this one really set us over the edge. About 4 years ago my husband and I divorced, I went to the bank, brought divorce papers, and removed him from mine and my moms joint account. Great right? When someone is being removed from the account on the banks end they should be fully removed? Wrong! According to JSC it's up to us to remove a joint party from bill-pay even though we can't even see it from our end. Nor did they tell us this at the time and I know I asked multiple times if this was everything I needed to do. Well here we are...2018...trying to pay a bill when it doesnt go through and a hold is put on my account due to insufficient funds. Hm, that's weird theres money in the account...nope the bill-pay system online pulled it from my ex-husbands account THAT WE CAN'T EVEN SEE ON OUR END. Now JSC is treating it like this was our fault, we have to be the middle man here they won't put a stop on the payment. Now we have to go through thr most convoluted process just to get things right. We just spent 2 hrs on the phone between banks and it's going to take a at least a week (not counting the upcoming holiday of course). As soon as this is finished my mom and I are both deleting our accounts with JSC because this is ridiculous.

    Haley Long is the best FCS ever! I’m not just saying that because I know her. At 53 years old, I know when a bank sucks and this group is the best! Go check it out, you will not be disappointed!

    Security guard was friendly and the staff was so quiet lol kinda strange but to be fair it was 9am. Quick and easy visit.
