I've called this bank numerous times only to get an automated service telling me to call chase 800 number. This time its an emergency since its the closest bank - (not close by any means) but I contacted the bank to see if ANYONE could check my account due to the possibility of fraudulent activity since I cannot get access to my account on line. The manager of this bank need to be terminated no one ever answers the phone there. I've been with Chase for over 30 years AND NEVER dealt with a bank] at any other location like this one. I suppose I best drive the. 50 plus miles to Houston to get this remedied.

Thank God, 4 years ago when I was a hospital bed & could not go to the bank, my bank allowed my family & friends to deposit cash into my account bc I didnt bank with Chase back then. It would be more difficult now bc Chase makes simple transactions complicated for no reason. I would send my family to my credit union, I guess. They can deposit there, at least I will earn interest.

This bank is a joke, they closed my mother's saving account without telling her and was advised they will send her 45k in the mail in a few weeks. They would not state any reason but to stay it was there right. I would never open a account in this bank or have any funds come from that bank.

My mother tried to deposit cash for me since I work 8-6 and they told her no. Ashley at this location was very rude about it and simply said she couldn’t with out any explanation and when my mom called me I asked to talk to the manager and Ashley told my mother the manager will not talk to me through the phone. This location needs to learn manners and customer service. While my mom waited in the long line for the manager, I called the other location and the gentleman explained to me why this can not be done and was very polite to help me understand why they do not take cash from others. Never going to this location and if it wasn’t for the gentleman who took the time to help me understand I would have closed my accounts!

The level of service at this bank is superb. I can do almost everything online to avoid actually going into the bank. Only on rare occasions do I need to go in - or use teller/customer service. If more people used their awesome convenient digital platforms more, the lines would be shorter. Welcome to the 21st century folks. Many of these complaints step from the fact that Chase at this location is following federal guidelines. Asking for personal I formation to avoid fraud, not giving an estimate as to how long to fix a hacked account because they don’t know until they look further. Many of the negative comments are more related to people not understanding federal regulations that Chase was recently fined for not following. This group has always provided me an excellent level of service within the scope of federal regulations. Floyd is especially exceptional. - James C

I give no stars to this bank but it will not let me leave a review without 1 star. I am not a member and never will be. This bank took advantage of my 74 year old handicap mother. 7 days after my father passed away she went to the bank to try and get their financial affairs in order, the clerk advised her to take my father off of the account so that no "fraud" would take place. In a panic she removed him and immediately they placed a hold on his social security check that was paid to him from February before he passed away. They did not tell her the funds would be placed on hold and now a month later we still cannot get it released. The money was not theirs to keep from her, she has bills that she was expecting to pay and is on a fixed income. The social security office even says the bank should not have done this. Now countless phone calls later, we have to go stand in line at the ss office for 3 hours with her on oxygen to see if they will write a letter to have chase release the funds. If she had just withdrawn the money we would not be dealing with this now, but guess what the bank clerk told her nothing, so here we are. Thanks for making an already horrible situation much worse and putting my 74 year old mother through this.

If it is not one thing, it is another. A simple product purchase gone missing, then being told it is a 3rd party vendor, even though it is Chase, and that I had to deal with it myself. The 3rd party vendor in question asked for the item back before they can issue the refund even though the problem itself is that we never received the product. Alfonso was THE only guy who stayed on top of things and helped resolve it. Alfonso is apparently on leave, and was told Tony would call. Never heard from Tony. So maybe it is time to go through the agony of moving to another bank.

Will let you sign up an account online, then use it for 2 months for your business only to tell you that it is a fraudulent account and close it with no warning causing you to have beg suppliers and vendors to not suspend you while they mail you a check for your funds in an undisclosed time frame.

$.36 interest on a savings account that has $30k plus in it. Sad. Also, if you have less than $50 in your account, you get charged a fee. Very sad. Try and get a small loan with just a stable job. They don't have your back. My ex had her identity stolen and all her money out of her account and left her stranded and I had to drive 3 hours to get her but yet when the bank found out who it was they wouldn't tell her but the thief knew her name, account info and tried buying a car, rent an apartment and even someone in Canada was stealing money out of her account. Whos being protected here? Stay away from big name banks. Put your money back into local banks.

I haven't used Chase; was contemplating them though. My thanks to all the customers who posted there experiences with candor. I was willing to overlook some of the comments because of the time since posting... until I saw that 1) as soon as 6 months ago, up to 1 year ago the same comments are being posted and 2) the apparent apathy of Chase to not address the obvious management problem at this locations. Again, THANK YOU!!!
