    The La Porte location of Wellby JSC FCU is the best because of one employee - Nicholas. He is very customer service oriented - he has a wonderfully positive attitude and is extremely efficient. There are at least 2 locations that are closer to both my home and work, but I choose to drive out of my way because Nicholas makes it worth it.

    Had an amazing customer service experience, Angela is so helpful and very knowledgeable, I am happy to see Customer Service Service alive at JSC, in today's world it has become very mechanical and not to friendly....... This is why I bank at JSC/Wellby. I appreciate all You guys do.

    Nicolas is by far the best teller! He always greets me by name and remembers to send a lollipop for my daughter when I’m in the drive-thru. He makes my banking experiences reminiscent of times when I’d go to the bank with my grandpa as a kid. Thank you, JSCFU, for employing such stellar folks!

    My previous bank shutdown all banks on the East side of town. JSC was close to home, so I gave them a try. Signing up was a very pleasant experience and they made me feel welcome. This has started our relationship on a positive note and I look forward to continuing our business. Thank You JSC

    Our LPISD school PTO uses Wellby for our account needs. It took a few visits to get everything updated as our account hadn't been used for some time. However, once we got it updated and up and running, we've been solid. Angela is my go-to for help. She always ensures our PTO account is taken care of and if we need anything in order to be successful. Thanks Angela and Wellby team!

    One word - hold times! Prepare to be on hold for an extended time on the phone. I hate to write a bad review but I must do so in an effort for them to improve. Ever since the name change, the website log-in process and app have been terrible. The phone banking system takes too much time and proves to be quite daunting. Hold times for speaking to a person are awful. On the bright side, the staff at the La Porte branch and Park Place are very nice and stand ready to assist you! Once you are finally logged in to the app, the app is simple to use!

    This used to always be a good JSC location but it has turned into total trash over the last 6 months the drive-thru is always extremely slow like I should not be waiting behind two cars for 30 to 45 minutes on top of that they seem to never keep the hours for the lobby that they say on their website and front door. I should not receive emails about your lobby being open and then go try to use the lobby and it not be open even though it's within the hours you're supposed to be open very frustrating hopefully they can get this situation corrected soon or I might have to find a new bank
