Won't let me pay my car loan or credit card online and Everytime I call I'm either hung up on or on hold for 40minutes to 3 hours. I'm sick of it.

Nothing works like it used to, I can't phone bank anymore, they freeze my deposits for 7 working days, ATMs always down

Nobody up there answer the phone. The new Welby answering machine just gives you the run around. I'm thinking about closing my accounts

I have been with JSC for about 40+ years and when they opened in Alvin this is the best thing that ever happened. Most of the time JSC has been very respectful and helpful in all aspects of customer service. I am not divorced.

Almost an hour on wait can’t do switching banks ASAP

No one answers phone or responds on their “chat” at all. Not just long wait times…not at all… Been with JSC 29 years. The new Wellby thing has me thinking about moving my accounts. I really needed help twice and received nothing :/ I know they are going to say they have had higher than normal call volume, It has said that for years but they still answered when it was JSC. Maybe hire more people if members are top priority so we can get help when we need it.

Unable to get through to make a payment on our vehicle. I have been calling for over two weeks and am on hold for times over 30 minutes.Also, the call back is a joke; they never do.

Really glad to have a JSC Federal Credit Union in Alvin. Really like going there as well because the people are always friendly. With covid unfortunately the Lobby isn't able to be opened but we have had to conduct significant Bank business of open accounts transferring special funds and other significant things that have taken time. They have been very patient and helpful each and every time.

It's 8:45am and the drive thru still hasn't opened. I have business that needs to be taken care of by 9:00am. Smh
