Michael went “above and beyond” to assure that my financing needs were met. I have found this level of customer care and concern extremely rare today. I was referred to Michael’s firm by my realtor. Based upon my specific mortgage financing needs, he elected to refer me, and personally introduced me to another banking institution. Several weeks later, Michael followed up with a phone call to hear how my loan processing was progressing, which actually had kinda stalled. He again intervened with this mortgage bank on my behalf.
