Before I begin, I’d like to encourage other potential customers to take any 1-star ratings/negative reviews w/a grain of salt. My boyfriend & myself found this place by accident yesterday (10/20/20) & we can’t be happier w/the service, nor can anyone we know who has done business here (& we know quite a few). I read over quite a few of the unhappy reviews, & it’s quite obvious to me that they were manufactured-perhaps by other business seeking to destroy a reputation. W/that out of the way, I’m happy to say this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a pawn shop. I’ve come across many items I’ve sold for quick & easy cash-from games I found cleaning, to tools I discovered that I’ve no use for. Although quick & easy isn’t what I’ve always encountered, this business was both, & more. The shop itself is clean & well kept, & the merchandise was among the best quality I’ve seen in shops like this. The customer service was really the icing on the cake, however. Upfront, honest, genuine, & business-like without being brusque or condescending-their whole demeanor was professional but kind without bring insincere. I got a perfectly reasonable quote on my item, & my item isn’t the easiest to sell, or something that might hi immediately. The price I received was more than fair, generous even. I’ll never go to another pawn shop, & neither should you. Don’t waste your time elsewhere.

first time here, and i must say it was a good experience. I wasn't selling anything hi end, but they still gave me a great price. The guys were really cool, and helped answer all my questions. Also picked up a few things on my way out. Safe to say ill definitely be back

We buy everything is barely an establishment. They stay afloat by low balling heroin addicts in a less than reputable area. It doesn't matter which employee you get, they're all jam packed with excuses for not giving you what you deserve. "We're overstocked on this particular item and they don't sell fast" is a common excuse but most of the time the item doesn't exist in the store. Don't ask me what I would like to get for the items I bring in when there's a brick wall between what I want and what you'll give me. I'll be going to R & D pawn outlet for every transaction in the future, they know how it's done.

Bought a N-64 game today for $10.00. Was told that it worked… got home and it doesn’t. No shock and shame on me for actually trusting the word of a local “business.” I would bring it back and ask for my money back, but of course the “all sales final sign” speaks loud and clear. Oh, I purchased a wrench for $4.00 as well, thus making my total $14.00. I gave the gentleman a $20 and he gave me back $14. Since I am honest (unlike your staff), I promptly told him that you gave me too much money back (shocker, Imagine that). He actually took out a cell phone to proceed to do the math. Needless to say, I will not be back since the “yeah, it works guarantee” is only as good as the integrity of the person saying it. Can’t say I am surprised from an industry that thrives on taking advantage of people in desperate times/situations. Oh well, lesson learned on dealing with a pawn shop in Vineland, right?

They are always there willing to help people through some challenging times. They staff are straight to the point honest. Some people feel they are being cheated, but from my experiences they make very competitive offers. And they always will welcome you back. All sale are final, but if there's a defect in the product you bought they will compromise and give store credit. Shout out to Bret from Vineland NJ store.

I traveled 40 min to this shop, hoping it was a decent, fair pawn shop. It Was! Walter was the employee who helped me and took his time, answered all my questions and I left with more cash than I expected to get for all the electronic smartphone accessories and scooter I brought in. Ppl need to remember: This in a pawn shop- set your expectations low and you won't wind up disappointed! Thanks Walter! I'll definitely come back to shop!

Having to let go of my bird watching binoculars wasn't easy, but the staff here was very helpful and understanding. They gave me a great price too! Definitely will be coming back again!

Employee there are very Rude! they act like your bothering them when you ask them for help! they assume everyone who comes in are Drug addicts so they talk to you the way they please very uncomfortable experience there! hello everyone that comes to your store to pawn something isnt on drugs! they sometimes fall on hard times and need a little help! So you need to work on your peoples skills. Dont know if ill ever go back there again!

Make them test all electronics infront of you. I just bought a VR for a ps4 and i was told EVERYTHING is there. I never had one before so i didnt knew all the cables that needed when i got home is missing 4 cables in other words i have to buy the cables and still dont know if its going to work. I called the store and told me that everything is tested (dont know how without the cables) and all sales are final to call game stop for the cables. To all buyers make them check at the store before u buy it!
