By far the best shop I’ve been to. The employees were Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The girl working in the counter who is in charge gave me a great deal on two things I wanted. Doing some research and found the price $30 cheaper online without hesitation gave me the same price. And with the other item when she saw the price she said this seems too high and instantly without me asking brought it down to a more manageable price. Even after purchasing my items we talked for another 15 minutes and I didn’t feel like I was bothering them like most other shops Ive been to.

Went in today for the first time and it was the last as well. My husband negotiated a price on a saw and he asked me to pick it up. When I saw the listed price I said "oh it's $130? My husband said $110." The lady goes, " oh no, he offered $110 but it costs $130." So I said, "I'm gonna need a few minutes to call him to see if he'll pay the extra or leave it." So husband sends a screenshot of the Facebook negotiations with the end result being that he would pay $110. I go to the counter and lady was busy so I start to explain to dude what the deal was and over rolls lady squawking like a hen about how I misunderstood her and she never said that. Neck all going side to side... She's angry and kept saying "I didn't say that." Look- even if she was right, (and trust me she was trying to pocket that extra 20), what kind of customer service is that? No apology for the misunderstanding, pretty much calling me a liar... I didn't drive 45 minutes to have it out in the store with a stranger. In the end I said, "Alright then, thank you!" Just to shut her up- but the more I thought about it the more it bothered me. I guess long gone are the days where people treat each other with AT LEAST civility. Oh yeah, I almost forgot... The saw was cheap enough- right, but the concession was it is missing a few parts and it's a bit beat up. So all in all today's purchase AND experience were a bust. (And just a word of advice- if you got time to lean, you got time to clean. That place needs it!)

By far the best pawn shop I have ever been too. Very knowledgeable and do not try to rip you off like the we buy everything stores. Yes they need to make money too so if you understand that you won't be disappointed. We buy everything offered $20 R&D offered $100 first offer. Ree and Nacho are awesome, Ree goes out of the way to research your items for a fair price. If you want a fair price come here, if you want to be ripped off go to we buy everything.

A great spot for pawning the things you don't want a need. If you buy from there, they give great prices. You will find anything you need there and if you smoke well than that smoke shop is the perfect spot to find things you want and need. The two workers there are amazing and friendly. They will make you laugh and smile and enjoy your visit.

This place is great ! First off let me say Stacey is amazing such a sweet heart ! They have many name brand items and also if she doesn't have it ask her she can order it for you. Don't low ball her because her prices are very good already! If your looking for a great bong/pipe shop stop here she is very knowledgeable in her work and has a great passion for it !

This is how it is, if you get the short lady that works at the counter, and you ain’t latino or getto enough you’re fu$&@ed, I don’t know what her problem is that whenever I bring stuff in (mind you almost new, top brand electronics or power tools) she way under values everything, however when the boss is around or the other vendor(taller young lady) things turn out fair…in a nutshell, watch out for short stubby lady that unless you’re her personal friend or relative or her best amiga you won’t get a fair deal…

This is a great place the people that work there are very friendly the 2 lady's always make me laugh . I have bought & sold things here many times. They are always very fair and will work with you on buying or selling depending on your situation . There isn't to many pawn shops out there that are honest anymore but this place is a good shop .

This is really the only pawn shop I'll go to. I noticed everything inside is very clean and well organized when I first walked in. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. I was taken care of very promptly and was really put at ease with my loan. The girl working was very patient and helpful with me when I was trying on jewelry. Their prices are really reasonable for the quality of products they have honestly, I'll definitely be coming back very soon.

An outstanding store with helpful, friendly staff and a huge selection! Maria was super knowledgeable of the items available in the store, and even helped me find something additional based on my initial selections. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone, especially if you are shopping for jewelry, tools, or electronics. As a bonus, if you are lucky you might get to meet the store mascot, Nacho!

I have only been here once. But I needed a lawn mower after moving into my house. Stopped by here and got a lawn mower in great condition. And the price was great! I would have paid more then 2 times the amount at a store. And the guy that helped me was helpful as hell walked me out showed me the mowers I picked one he started it up and offered me a deal on it. Can't ask for an easier transaction.

After the BAD experience I had in the other pawn shop I found out about this place. First of all, they're so nice and polite. Very organized, clean and much bigger than the other pawn shop. I ended up selling my apple laptop for a very fair price and I also bought something from the nice lady in the smoke shop. I'm in love with this place :) Highly recommended A+++++++
