Requested a renegotiation of terms and the lender did not follow protocol. WB Lending reviewed the lenders actions and determined they did not follow certain protocols and procedures which I would have no knowledge of. Guided me in the process for redemption!. Its good to have knowledgeable professionals who has your back during the process. A lot of these financial institutions do not intentionally look out for their customers and make errors that are against policy and protocol. I don’t know where I’d be had WB Solutions nit provided guidance. Thanks WB Solutions 👍🏽❤️
