Bought a home with this company and the communication and process was very smooth! My husband and I are always busy with work and we’re committed to buying a home. Jenelle was organized and fast, she had a list of homes ready for us to look at online. She was in communication with the agent the whole process. She answered our calls every time we had a question and learned a lot of the housing market with her. The recommended lender Mid Florida Mortgage Professionals she directed us to we’re as equally amazing and made everything understandable. We are now homeowners and it is all thanks to it this great company! Definitely recommend and buy with them again.

A bit of context for my review - We contacted Jenelle when we ran into a snag while trying to sell our home. We were so unprepared for all the necessary information that we needed to know to complete this seemingly difficult task. Jenelle took her time to answer all of our questions at any time of the day. Just to add some more context, she did it while managing and growing her business, her clients and her family life. Did I mention that she was pregnant and could bring her second child into the world at a moment’s notice? Due to Jenelle’s expertise, we moved forward with the sale of our home and received what we were hoping for and then some. We will be eternally grateful to Jenelle. She is truly a Boss Lady! Incredible does not even begin to tell you the amazing customer service I received through my house buying process. Waypointe Realty is incredible and Dayna Morillo is a top notch agent. Sometimes you work for a personal goal for yeas and at the time to pursue it, things can happened. Unfortunately my father passed on May and after that I had no desire to move forward with anything, but the housing market was too challenging and I could not imagine to pay another year of pricy rent. Thanks to Fairwinds and their the Home Advantage Program that they provided, I was able to meet Hilda Hernandez an excellent agent from Wayponte that will guide you through the whole process of becoming a homeowner. My deepest respect to Hilda for her professionalism, focus and determination towards all the details that were taking place while I was worried and concern on how I was going to take care of everything in the near future. During the home buying process she was always clear and more than patience to answer any question and guide me to what was coming next within the process. The best part for me was after the inspection. That is when you know that things can change if the seller would not comply with the petitions of any recommended improvements from the buyer and It can be the end of it. Hilda was very clear with the seller by promoting security to the hazardous things that needed attention and he would always proceed to make things better even within 12 hour prior to closing. Waypointe again gets 5 stars. This is my second time using Waypointe to buy a house and they were as professional as always. Jenelle was great as always, but this time, my wife and I worked more closely with Dayana. Dayana was knowledgeable, experienced and went above and beyond the call of duty, especially dealing with a lot of headaches on our behalf. I don't think I would have been able to go through a purchase of a property with difficult sellers if Dayana had not been there to take charge. Not all Realtors are confident and capable as Dayana. She was on top of everything and made communicating with her easy. We would definitely work with Waypointe again for our next home.

My husband and I just bought a house in Nashville and though Jenelle doesn’t work in that area, she offered resources and knowledge on what to look for as we shopped for our home and then what to ask for once we found our home and started the closing process. She first introduced us to an agent out in Nashville and then referred us to a document she put together for buyers laying out what questions to ask while looking for your home and what to look for and be sure of once you’re under contract. Most agents help you look for and get a home, negotiate a deal and put together all the reports needed for closing, but Jenelle goes above and beyond by also thorough and properly educating her buyers, or buyers buying in other markets like my husband and myself. As a first time home buyer, I felt the weight of my unfamiliarity with real estate when we began the search for our home. I didn’t know what to look for and felt insecure about buying a home. Jenelle was a great council in this area and helped me feel confident going into the field. Here’s one example of how she helped us during closing — while we were getting the inspection done on our future/almost home, Jenelle advised us to be sure to ask for a four point inspection, something I neither knew existed or knew was something we should ask for. This is a more well rounded report that will later help with lowering the cost of home insurance. When we asked the inspectors if they included this, they said it wasn’t a part of the general report but we could add it on if we felt we needed it — we had no idea inspectors have myriad inspections they can and should do on the house, but only offer the basics for passing. I presume if I would have stayed ignorantly blissful of this, that bliss might not last very long. Even if you’re not in the Orlando area, I highly recommend calling Jenelle Ferrer as a council/consultant before starting your journey on searching for and buying your next home. She’s truly wonderful.
