Best lending experience I've had. Rayce was available on a Sunday to help me with a last minute pre-approval. I had some concerns about coming up with cash to close, and Rayce gave me options. Last minute changes on my side had me up all night stressed out - until I spoke to Rayce and it was all going to be just fine. Fastest clear to close I've ever had! This team helped my wife and I purchase our first home. With extremely low inventory and time being of the essence, they helped us get a pre approval letter in days and secured our loan with a low interest rate within weeks. Long story short, they were attentive, efficient and very polite with our many questions. They even picked up our call on a Sunday while with their family to answer a few questions we had.
